Actually, Nomura himself said Axel's real name is Ale. Axel was based off of Reno from FF7 and named after Reno's favorite drink, Ale.
I'd have to say CoM and Re: CoM, since you can't just go in and attack continuously. You have to plan a strategy and create a deck, so you have a limited number of attacks before you have to stop.

Yup. The only reason we have these usertitles is because someone suggested it. The staff liked it and made all non-prems have one, even though I think the one who suggested it meant for it to be optional.
