    No, it's a custom operating system for the psp that allows it to do stuff like run homebrew, and it also alows it to stretch to fit different TVs.

    As libregkd said you'll need to install custom firmware.
    I'd go with 6.60 pro-c as it's the newest and most compatible firmware.
    Theres some tutorials but the dont really cover a lot. Id guide you through it if you like, its a relatively simple process.

    The first thing I noticed is that you're trying to install XP 64 bit which usually takes up about 20 gb on an 8 gb
    flash drive. What are you trying to do? As far as I know you can't install on OS on a usb, you can intall the OS on your hard drive from the USB however. If you are trying to install an os on the usb istelf, I'd go with Debian or Lubuntu linux, they are both very light OS' that only take up about 5 gb drive space.

    C++ Help

    The only coding language ive ever leared is HTML and while I'm still not great at it it does get a lot easier as you learn. Just keep at it, make stuff you want to make (outside of school of course) experiment with it and youll get the hang of it eventually.
