I have some questions about android, specifically the nexus 7. I am ordering a nexus 7 which will be my first android device or tablet so here goes. 1) I am planning on rooting it, but is it really worth it? I found some Roms on xda that look really good but I kinda have a bad feeling about rooting. 2) if I do root it, the hard drive will be wiped, which I don't really care about, but the nexus 7 comes with a lot o free stuff such as the transformers movie and some money on the play store, but if I do root and wipe the device, will they be gone, or are they linked to an account or something? 3) I have never used an android device but I have learned a lot about them through the internet, so any tips will be greatly appreciated.
