    They're individual role mods, they mod only the certain character you want it to. You can mod them to be Party members, Bosses, Normal enemies, Neutral characters, Partners, and Giant Bosses... which I dunno what that does yet. o.O

    For your first question, look closely at the moveset/neo-moveset modifier section on the front page. You'll see a variety of one-liner codes with two question marks at the end. Find the character you want, for example Sora,

    01CB9736 000000??

    And then find the moveset you want to give him, for example Final Form.

    Final Form [ID:05]

    Replace the ??'s with 05, and there you have it.
