Ye they are PAL. Dont worry everything on this PAL Thread is PAL, unless someone needs to PORT some NTSC codes, but we warn everyone it's NTSC not PAL.

By settings do you mean Action replay game save. If so you might need someone with a Action Replay USB and a Action Replay Data full of pal codes. I was going to buy a AR USB but i didnt have enough money xD
Ok I've just bought the SF4 Collectors edition. I've been playing the game on Arcade, It is really hard even on normal, my fav character Ken ^^ Mastered every move in training and started kicking SF butt. Ok. I've heard so much about "Mugen" being the best PC game ever. Well i cant find any source of information to provide me with a install or a guide for the Game. If possible can anyone please post a guide or website that you have checked and know will show me the path into installing and playing the game with no Errors or problems. TYVM!
