Yeah, let's not compare facial structure similarity as being significant in any way. Nomura recycles faces. Constantly. True Story.

Nomura needs to expand his horizons. There's too much Cloud Strife, there are even females looking like him now (FFXIII heroine what?)

The trailer did. The actual gameplay screens look like typical next-gen graphics.

Although chances of the look changing in the future is most likely going to happen.

I was expecting some innovative use of cell-shading, but oh well.

While Foxie's example was specific, it makes a very good point.

Back on the old forums with the LULZ layout and when the idea of Forum Helper was still a concept, it was still a pretty new environment. It was okay to have all the ******bags hanging around because we had all just joined and we were willing to overlook them and just tell ourselves silently that things would get better and that those kinds of things would die off.

I will admit that I was far more civil and polite (almost too polite) back then when dealing with the incredulous ******ry that STILL lingers on the forum today. I was more tolerant of things back in the day, I guess you could say.

But dude, it's been years and the ******ry is still here. So to be frank, I just gave up on forum diplomacy. Tell things how they are, folks.

Yeah, it's a sin to know about right and wrong, apparently.

    Moral relativity ftw.

This question still fails, and I reiterate my first post: I can be guilty of being super-duper-awesome.

Then again, sin is relative too. So I think using it would just make this already ambiguous thread title even more ambiguous.

    Anyone?

Nah, there's no trace of an 'e' sound anywhere in the -n ending. Form your mouth like you would when starting an 'n' sound, then just push with your throat to make a sound.

It's more of an utterance than anything.

But aren't you still 'using' Japanese now? Translating your Riku Rebirth, for example.

Those extensions weren't around when I first took Japanese too, but isn't it good to be up to date with a language you use?

    Anyone?

    Katakana alphabet has several extensions.

This includes va (ヴァ), ve(ヴェ), vi(ヴィ) vo(ヴォ)vu(ヴ)fa(ファ)fe(フェ)fi(フィ)fo(フォ) and a crap load more.

As well, using 'nu' is unnecessary. Why use 'nu' when 'n' is perfect for ending the word Evan?

    Three syllables: E-va-n.

In Japanese, vowels on their own take up one syllable.

Most North Americans would pronounce Evan as Eh-vehn.

The Japanese would pronounce Evan as "Eh-va-n"

Not a big difference, but the vowel discrepancies are what make it so. Your name (if it's Evan) isn't all that deviant since none of the spelling really changes.

Dorothy however, would be pronounced "Doh-ro-shee" in Japanese.

Well no, but it doesn't change the fact if you have a spammer constantly filling your PM inbox.

Personally, that'd be a piece of **** to deal with every day. And there'd be no way to solve it than to constantly turn a blind eye to it.
