By scanning and looking for a so-called word, they are targeting people in particular, that is, anyone who is found to possess files with this so-called 'hot word'. If local authorities decided they were going to scan traffic for '12yr old first time (add obscene actions here)' pictures or videos and your computer turned up, it shouldn't surprise anyone if they came to your door with a warrant saying your computer is under investigation because it came up in the search. There is no 'random' invasion of privacy in this aspect either. Why do you think people rename important documents (incriminating or not)?

Yeah, my thoughts exactly. The channel is dead unless zirc.org brings their site back up. Very few people would bother doing what I suggested. lol.
The server itself is up as I know it, but the website itself is down--and I have no idea if the admins ever plan to bring it back up. My only suggestion is to use a third-party program to access the zirc.org server. ChatZilla is a plug-in for FireFox, Opera has an IRC applet built it, and there are other independent programs for IRC chat like mIRC, Sysreset, UPP, etc. Up to you guys if you wanna go for it. lol. EDIT: Just went in. lol. Prolonged inactivity causes the channel to unregister itself. lol, so the SOP/AOP/VOP lists are all gone. XD
