I've heard Baby Oil can double it. A friend from Harlem told me that, so you know it's got street cred.

Well if it's that important to you try to make your posts more thought provoking. It's easy to skim over those that just leave unsubstantiated posts for the sole purpose of agreeing with someone else's idea.

    Name: RJ
    Age: 650 million years
    Appearance:[IMG]
Biography: Long before humans populated the Earth the dinosaurs reigned supreme. But there was one who ruled over all, and his name was RJ. He had an exceptional power level and was revered for his compassion by all the other inhabitants of prehistoric Earth. But one day an evil comet crashed on the planet revealing an evil space robot. RJ fought and the evil robot fought so hard that they waves of energy wiped out all of the dinosaurs on the planet and contributed to the gene pool that would soon be the human race. With his last breath RJ evoked his energy heart shot (see appearance) and defeated the robot. Unfortunately this caused him to go extinct. He now waits in the afterlife to return to Earth and be its saviour once again.

In the context of what, no platforming? There's a lot more hesitation with facing an opponent and you can't as easily fly over them to gain a new vantage point if that's what you mean.

Well if we were to compare it to a game like say Smash Bros, the block in Smash can actually negate damage for a period of time (until it breaks). In Street Fighter there has always been chip damage with blocking, and like smash guard can be broken by grabbing. With the advent of the series brought about by 3rd Strike we saw the use of the parry which is really no different than side dodging and requires just as much timing for execution.

Text book philosophy ftw! Simply naming characteristics or imposing them onto something implies nothing of its existence. For all we know there could two gods where they each punish those that believe in the opposing deity.

So I assume that it'll move with every hit. I wonder though if by "smash" you have to specifically smash it or if you can just hit it. If so could Samus or other projectile users obtain it from a far with some carefully placed shots?

Oh most definitely, as are most arguments are against empiricism on the subject of a god. Each statement, law, or whatever it may be is usually presented impartially or incorrectly to provoke flaw, which is why I usually frown when someone sparks a thread on the debate.

If you really read into the work of some theologians the arguments on either side merit an equal amount of weight (hence the frivolity of the argument). I've always looked to the debate as a means of more of an insight into the universe as opposed to a dividing line where each side is just screaming at the other. No one can be right on the subject so you might as well just indulge in the good that each has to offer.

And the nail is hit on the head.

Women are the most unpredictable when it comes to trying to elicit a guys attention. Sometimes they'll be completely mature and overt about the subject and just approach you. Other times they'll be shy and completely distance themselves from you. Or, put simply, they'll do whatever the hell they want leaving you none the wiser. No single example of any woman here or in the world would help you in trying to understand that aspect. There may be subcategories concerning certain behaviour but there are just too many variables to even consider. The best and easiest thing you can do is just ask, because subtle flirting on your part can be really bad especially if you're misreading her signals.

Well from the other point of view the argument "against" faith began with a few extreme scientists with some underlying desire to prove the non-existence of a God. Granted almost all modern scientific views have retracted away from such outward subjectively guided agendas, but there are still sides of both communities that maintain the petty and frivolous debate of "faith versus empiricism".

These tussles of faith and empiricism posted by the doctor are more of the run-of-the-mill philosophical statements that can spiral onward into a zero-sum debate. In a sense it's not really about what can be right or what can be wrong because no one knows and will probably never know. It's more about the philosophical view points of bare faith and bare empiricism.
