There was a small timeskip (A few hours) I don't know what Yjuna did in that time but I will leave it up to you.
I have done a short Timeskip so that the Ark arrives at HQ.

After Several hours the Ark finally reached Federation HQ, the Ark flew into one of the massive battleship docks. As soon as it docked the mechanical crew got to repairing and resupplying the Ark. Some of the guards opened Ryo's cell and passed him his MHW key and left. Alistair headed into HQ, he had a personal qaurters here and he wanted to grab somethings.

"We would have to hand her over to the Empire, but we can't do that" the doctor.
"She seems fine, but her organic components are degraiding and her machinary is shutting down" the doctor said, sitting at his desk.
Alistair came in and handcuffed Ryo and led him to the infermary. Amy was strapped down to the bed and unconciuous.
