There are only 5 portal fights: - Marluxia is in Beast's Room in Beast's Castle - Larxene is by the shore of Isla de Muerta in Port Royal - Vexen is in the Peddler's Shop in Agrabah - Lexaeus is in the sandlot where the Struggle fest took place in Twilight Town - Zexion is at the entrance to the second to last zone towards Hades' Chamber in Olympus Coliseum.
If you're referring to the crown Sora wears in the game, refer to Roxas' post. If you're referring to the small glowy crowns that are scattered around the worlds, you complete puzzles that are inside Jiminy's Journal to receive prizes for each one you complete. After you get them all and complete all the puzzles, you get a Ribbon which has 4 def and 25% resistance to all elements. It is also required to complete all the puzzles to unlock the Secret Ending for the game.
It's a software mod (a boot disc of sorts) that temporarily allows your laser to read backups and imports without having to modify your PS2 with a soldered chip. Essentially your place the disc into the PS2 and let it load, then once the swap magic picture shows, you 'swap' the disc with the desired game you want to play with and load it. Be aware that this only works after you adjust your PS2 in such a way that you can open the lid/open the tray without your PS2 thinking it's open. This is achieved by purchasing a Slide Card (for fat consoles) or Magic Keys/Slim Tool Pro (for slim PS2s). There are ways you can make these things yourself (especially for the Slims) but a lot of these methods, if not all, void your warranty.
Xemnas is a two part battle, so it's like... 20+ bars of health; and he's not a hack and slash boss. You actually gotta wait a lot before getting in there and hitting him. It's just so... annoying. lol.
The new song they put at Yuletide Hills was really great. When I went in for the first time, with the new costumes and hearing the new music, I *really* felt like I entered a new world. The same I felt when I entered the Cave of Remembrance for the first time. To a point, I consider Christmas Town and Cave of Remembrance their own worlds. They're just really different from their 'main' worlds.
Possibly. I always looked at it like fixed stat battles in terms of how bad they can damage you. But maybe you're right---although beating Xemnas for Power Ups just doesn't seem worth it. It takes too long. -.-

It's also important to remember that the next KH game is a new series/new line that will not be called Kingdom Hearts 3--therefore may not involve Sora or his friends in an overly important manner. I personally believe the next one will be a tale about Kingdom Hearts and the Keyblade and Xehanort, but all of this will have no bearing on Sora's Story. Nomura said "Sora will be needed when there's a Kingdom Hearts 3", thus Sora's Story is probably going to be on a pause for the next KH game until the true Kingdom Hearts 3 begins. Bottom line, I don't think Sora will be making any active progress in the next KH game. Even if he is mentioned, the game may end with Sora starting up his new adventure, after all is said and done with the story of the Knights and what it all really means.
I noticed on Critical Mode that boosted stats make very very small differences in STR and defense (and possibly Magic; I didn't max Magic to 100 or above). I was 71 STR and 75 Defense when I fought the ES for the first time. I came back when I was 100 STR and 101 Defense and I BARELY saw a difference. The only thing I noticed was my Finishers did slightly more damage. I saw no difference in my defense and I was still constantly brought down to 1HP within seconds. The same happened with the Data fights, although it was mostly STR that I saw a difference in, albeit small.
As for adding new worlds that weren't in the game that are Disney, I'm not really sure. I don't see myself doing it at this point. I'll take the example of Toy Story: I'm not entirely fond of the idea of retelling the story of Toy Story while trying to progress my KH3 plot. I feel it would be too much of a filler, and deter me from expanding on the plot regarding the three Knights from the Secret Ending. Note: Yes, the three Knights *will* be covered in the second half, now that I've finished and seen all of Final mix+ As for the worlds that weren't in KH2 but in KH1, I simply forgot about them. XD. I have no explanation as to why I didn't mention Tarzan and co. or Alice at the wedding. But I will say that I didn't want to make note of every person that was at the wedding, as it would be an exhausting list and kind of make the flow kind of choppy. To be honest, I just picked characters that came to my mind as I wrote the scene, so I haven't intentionally left anyone out. Basically, my insinuation was that everyone that Sora ever countered (from Disney worlds) was present, just not all of them had lines. As for the comment about Simba's world. When Sora defeated Xehanort's Heartless at the end of KH1, the world order was 'being restored'. As such, Simba's world was restored to how it was before it was destroyed, much how Destiny Islands was destroyed at the beginning of KH1, but was restored at the end. The same is true about the Pride Lands. Thanks for the questions. =) I like hearing them and answering them. XD It helps remind myself of the story and keeps me thinking about it. Yeah, they're like the Final Mix+s of strategy guides; some nice artwork and little tidbits. They're collector's stuff. I wouldn't mind the artwork, however.
Depends squarely on what demographic you fall under and the utils of the price tag that comes along with each console. I've personally have purchased every Nintendo and Sony console that has ever been on the market simply because I had needs for both. My house hosts a lot of parties and to be perfectly honest, most of the time, Nintendo is the winner for most party games when all you want to do is have a lot of people participate at the same time in silly, nonsense but fun, games. These include Golden Eye 007 and Smash 64, then later to Super Smash Bros, Mario Party, Mario Tennis, Mario Strikers, etc. The PS systems have done this on occasion with their Crash Bash, Nightfire 007, etc, but not quite as prominent as the Nintendo consoles. However, I'm also an avid RPG player and love a majestic story with high-end graphics. And with FF and KH as my all-time favourite RPG series of all time, and the fact that up until now, FF has been mainly a Sony line, the PS series has continually kept me as a consumer. I've never owned an Xbox mostly because I've never been much of an online gamer, (only played FFXI for a year or two on the PS2 and some PC online games that weren't all that high-end), and never found an interest in Halo or Gears of War. Thus, the Xbox has been sort of neglected by me, lol. Bottom line, it's all about what you want the experience for. Each have their appeal, but which of them do you really fall under--and perhaps you like them all.

What program are you using for this? I remember an old forum I used to be staff on (Square Spirit Legends) was doing the exact same thing, making a game based on the members of the forum. The developer was using RPGMaker. I was just one of the script writers. Which prog are you using, out of curiosity?
Axel, as I believe he and Roxas were the only Organization members who meant well and wanted something that was genuine and something everyone should be allowed to have (even if they were Nobodies). And since Roxas didn't actually disappear and is still technically alive, I voted Axel.
