Taken from Anime News Network (i.e. Anime synopsis): It seems deranged, and frankly if the series didn't have comedy in it, it'd probably be very odd. But they tackle some ideas of the human psyche and society and add some humour into it. It has some bias toward Japanese culture--to a certain degree--but it's enjoyable nonetheless.
An interesting series. I imagined a series that tackles one of life's social phenomena in an innovative way, and for the most part I think it has. Of course the manga is far more vivid in terms of some of the more 18+ themes, since the anime was forced (inevitably) to be more discreet regarding some of the more raw taboo items littering the series--which are usually supposed to be comical anyway. Definitely one of the more amusing "Slice of Life" series I've enjoyed, though it's not for everyone.

If you mean FM of KH1, it's not coming to the states. If you mean FM+, March 29 is the JP release date.
There's a translated PV on YouTube which translates the part of the Roxas/Axel cutscene we see in it. Omg PV + subs! And yeah, it was more of a whiny insinuation as to why they like it. But in general, from my memories there, they absolutely love English-speaking foreigners. Not meaning to boast, since it was probably because I spoke english, but school girls there just rave over English-speaking teenage boys.
This would be the same as asking if Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix+ will be coming out to the US. It's still a rumour if it is, but chances are if it does, you'll only be getting translated menus and subtitles, no english voices. This only heightens the importance of why it will probably not be sold as an individual title, but part of the KHFM+ package.

That's because Simple and Clean isn't a translation of "Hikari" which is the Japanese version. Both songs, while sharing the same melody are lyrically independent. The "Inside of the sudden light I awaken" comes from the Japanese line in the song: "Totsuzen no hikari no naka me ga sameru" 'Totsuzen no hikari' meaning 'sudden/abrupt light', "hikari no naka" meaning "within the light/inside the light" and "me ga sameru" literally meaning "Eyes waken".
That depends on whether or not the supplier you're ordering from has an order hierarchy or not--they most likely do. In that case you'd be bumped down to the bottom of the list.
