I guess nobody is really thinking about what worlds should appear. I mean really Cars can't work unless Sora gets something like a Car form. o_e But with Toy Story Sora could be shrunk down and may get attacked by heartless or even Zurg. xD You could also imagine more stealth stuff like in Days. Basically what I'm saying is that to me a a possible KH world can't work with out a villain or a villain utilizing heartless. Plus you have to also think about bosses like in Toy Story you coudl face Sids dog Spike,ect.
