Edward gasped when they disappeared, turning on the spot once or twice... and then sighed. He stepped toward the door, trying not to look out at the moon. He felt the urge to run out of the inn, burst into a run on all fours... but swallowed it quickly, wanting to control himself.
Edward swallowed, standing and stepping back.
"Should you leave now?" Edward asked, touching Hannah's hand.
"What can I do?" Edward asked, looking at Hannah and then Lestat.
"Hannah?" Edward began suddenly, walking over to her and kneeling in front of her. "What's wrong?"
"But tonight Dracula will be a small problem compared to other things," Edward muttered seriously.
"Hannah will be safe, far away from here," Edward said calmly. "Do you need to know every single detail to make you happy?"
"Put that away," Edward sighed, shutting the door. "If you even touch him I'll kill you myself."
"Come in," Edward said calmly, moving out of the way.
Edward rose and opened the door slightly. "Yes?" he asked politely.
"Shall we let them in?" Edward asked, glancing uneasily at Lestat.
"Can you hear voices?" Edward said after a moment.
"I'd love to be able to promise you that," Edward sighed. "But that would be lying."
"I'll try to comtrol myself... but I doubt it will happen," Edward replied, looking away from the darkening sky to Hannah.
"I want to..." Edward said under his breath, looking out the window as if it would make the day pass faster.
Edward sighed, squeezing her fingers. "I just really want to kill that hunter."
"I'm fine," Edward growled shortly.
Edward shut his mouth, swallowing several retorts.
"I wonder what they would think if they knew..." Edward faded off. OOC: 400, BABY! dont hurt me! :D :sparta:
Edward sighed. "Do you think they can hear us next door?" he asked suddenly.
