I have some tips for you ^^ 1. Don't use the hidden gun, you only get 100 points, what's the point? 2. Don't start chases, you only get 100 points 3. Try and be more discreet and get those Incognito and Silent bonuses

I believe you have to unlock the first secret ending "Gathering" and then you unlock his portal ^^
