That's because as I said these codes are DMA (only work in one room) and that code only works in Terra's battle. You could replace Terra if you like with this code and then use that code but it must be in Terra's battle ^^

That's wierd, I was pretty sure that SMC could take 4-type codes...

It's meant to say "FF max 00 none" which means if you put in FF you have maximum HP and vice versa.

You sure it was for NTSC? I hardly think so, unless that code you're talking about was to play as a mushball.

What type of cheat device do you use?

It isn't possible since he isn't in the game as a boss (only appears in cutscenes) which would make him mushball if you try and play as him.
