But Black Mesa is actually out now. http://release.blackmesasource.com/
The Departed.
It's not that bad 10 minutes in. Kinda stupid, but slightly entertaining.
You mean just like Christians and Catholics do by not allowing gay people to be married? Telling people that they'll burn in hell if they don't give money to people who wear funny hats and robes? Not allowing women to get abortions? By preaching abstinence? You want to talk about oppression? You're defending the one of the worst oppressive organizations, one that's still accepted in society because all these people follow these ridiculous dogmas. I'm an agnostic just like you, but I'm not blind to all the awful things religious believers have done to the world. No one is arguing with you when you say that people should believe what they want and pray when they want, it's when a government run place stops progress of an event to pray to a god that a good bit of people don't believe in. Why don't we pray to Allah too? Why don't we read some passages from Sonam Gyatso while we're at it? The United States is supposed to separate church from state, and you and I both know that that isn't the case. Except currency is something we use everyday, and we don't worship it. Singing the national anthem is perfectly fine because this is our country, and we honor the men and women who have died fighting for it. There's a difference between paying respects to people who you know have affected you directly, and thanking someone for life, when there's not a single person on this planet that can prove his existence. Don't play dumb. You know exactly who they were praying to.
How is getting rid of a public prayer shoving his religious views down their throat?
That's the main point here. Freedom of religion for everyone was the reason why this country was eventually started (and by everyone, I mean everyone who is a white male from England), which means not having a public prayer, where the leader of a government run place prays to a god that quite a few people don't believe in. I wouldn't go to start a movement to get rid of it because I have better shit to do with my time, but I support whoever does decide to join in on it.
If it doesn't matter, than they should have no problem removing it. It's a religious ritual and it has no place interrupting a game.
Looks like I'm getting a Wii U.
It could be worse. We could be Australia.
I have been on /b/. Maybe I should judge all of 4chan by what I find on /b/. They both have their share of ****ed up things, but that wasn't even the point. I guess there's no point in discussing this with you if all you're going to do is post an image and one sentence, when you're completely missing the point of what I was saying.
I doubt you have visited every subreddit on Reddit. It's not one giant entity. It's a website made up of thousands of different communities. The largest ones are bad, just like any popular gathering, but it's made up of plenty of smaller groups that are better than almost any forum you can find on the internet.
You mean like once or twice a year when I bring him up? Yeah, I'm head over heels for him.
Okay, so this allowed, but Reptar's name changes aren't?
