I beg to differ. I think English is one of the easier languages to learn, because you hear it often, and honestly, the exceptions are learned as long as you stick to it. A language that is very difficult to learn, I think, is Norwegian. Because the spoken language varies a lot, we have a ton of synonyms depending on when you use certain words, and pronunciation is probably the hardest. (Considering we have 29 letters, and æ, ø, and å are commonly used.)
