I meant having extensive knowledge. Of course, most people who have anything to do with games know how to program, but you don't need to know code to get a job as a game designer.
Still not the same. You have writers, designers and programmers (more to it, but a very general split). All of who focus on their assigned task. A designer doesn't program the game, that's what the programmers do. A writer doesn't program. The programmer programs. A designer doesn't have extensive knowledge of programming as a programmer would.
I'm a computer science major. I understand coding. I just don't like the Java language. Also, I would only be insulted if you knew me in real life. And a game designer doesn't do the same as a programmer.

Code: public class Truth { System.out.println("You're a dick") }
public class Truth { System.out.println("You're a dick") }
Not at all, you speak the truth. Nothing like a spanking.
Women are like video games. They make my controller vibrate.
[Is an annoying language.]
Women are like video games. They may be easy to turn on, but to play the game properly, you're going to have to push all the right buttons.

UPDATED: Let's Play Portal 2 - Peer Review DLC with Sabby! Part 1 - "Exit! Oh, Damnit!"
Alright, the first part may be true. However, you pointed out the fallacy of using the Bible as a reference; "Back then (...)" The Bible is outdated, and you can't use all the ideas from it now. Sure, it's a (somewhat) good source of rules which could still apply today, such as "love thy neighbor", etc. but using only the ideas that work in your favor is easy. Just because it was right back then, doesn't make it so today, which you pointed out.
Hey, it's nothing against you! Not at all. I don't judge people on their beliefs. However, I do keep the right to question others believes, as I...
That's implied.
The first statement in that link is this: "We are not specifically told, but I can make some reasonable guesses." They are all guesses. And...
That's my point, you're incorrect. Abraham had 2 concubines. God accepted this. In Genesis 16, Sarai gave her husband, Abram, a slave to marry and...
Hey, I didn't take offense at all, it's the debate corner, people are entitled to their opinions. :) Anyway, I replied with an explanation ;)
