Well, in regualar kingdom hearts 2, there's a Universal Weapon Mod, and it replaces one weapon with another, and so far, we have all the weapon's including xaldins lances, axels chakrams and kiari's keyblade, but there's is no UWM(universal weapon mod) so far, so it is possible but not yet. Also, you can mod riku's weapon with the riku fix.

Well, I don't really know if it counts as porting. I have omni converter, the newest converter, i got it on codemaster. And well, when i convert a code to armax, you can pick the region it's in. So, like from ntsc codebreaker to armax, i just choose pal form in the option's menu and boom, i get a pal armax code of the code.
