Excep the difference is that Verizon Fios is a damn good quality service.
It varies from store to store. My gamestop I used to go to, the manager remembered my first name and I used to stop in and chat with the people that worked there. The weekday staff was always helpful. However, when you think about it, the people that are huge gamers are usually the most socially awkward, so plays into it.
