my bet is that everyone dies and that the camera pans out to show them as puppets on a stage, controlled by monty python. They close the curtain to the audience, wrap things up, and walk back stage. john cleese sits down for a smoke and explains to us that this was all just one giant monty python sketch. suddenly, tins of spam float down from the ceiling and the puppets float towards them singing the spam song.
