I think it's because Riku is already in the fight. Use Donald's and Riku's (guest slot) UCM's.

I got them all wrong except Lexaeus and Vexen. I thought the others were Larx-anne, Mar-loox-ee-uh, and Zex-ee-on. I still think that Mar-loox-ee-uh sounds way more badass >_>;
If that's intended to be him writing names down with his fancy...uh...writing skills, I'd recommend making a slash mark in the direction of his hand. And maybe a tad more saturation/color changing; it seems a little plain.

That's alright, I just posted the one that was given to me...and I didn't know I had a spotlight XD I guess this one works, so I'll add it...?
The one posted on the front page under "Playable Character" is the Riku Code Fix. Sadly codes don't work perfectly; a lot of them do freeze.
Universal Weapon Modifier, it changes the weapons of the specified character. I've never wielded a water clone before using codes, so I don't know. If you can find the digits for the non-T-Stance one, try it out (you probably can't though, since it's used in a reaction command).
Sadly, there is none, because the Lexicon doesn't show up until Re:CoM and Final Mix. Bosses don't have movesets, no :( And I believe that NPC's are the characters you can talk to by pressing triangle (not sure what NPC stands for though, maybe Non-Playable Computer).
