I agree with the third of this comment, not too much going on, so you should add some effects. Also, the balloons are not very well cut, you should rather use brushes.

Technically, seeing as the header of the site contains .net, it is. I ask you to take a look at these headers; Rooster Teeth reddit 4chan SEGA Forums. All of these logo's/headers do not contain the URL in their header, thus removing the domain from the name. Also, look at the KH-Vids podcast. The logo/header for it is this; Members do not use .net while talking about the site, because that makes it a lot easier.
