God damn Goro.
No it isn't. It plays extremely different. Trust me.
It's a mod for the game Arma II, and boy is it amazing. Anyone who likes zombie games, you owe it to yourself to buy Arma II Combined Operations and install this mod. It's an online persistent world game where you have to survive by eating, drinking and trying to to get killed by zombie hoards and bandits. You can forge alliances with other players, or kill them and take their stuff. Seriously Go download it now.
Kevin Butler too. http://www.gamerzines.com/playstation/news-ps3/kevin-butler-drake-snake-playstation-all-stars.html
It's not really a random section. It's just things that don't fit into other categories and/or don't want to be taken seriously. However, we still do take things seriously from time to time.
Welcome to the coalition, JC. I might as well start usin' coke.
War. War never changes. Not gonna lie. I almost cried.
YOU BROKE THE RULES. BROKE 'EMmmmmm.
Don't forget that DRM isn't just about online piracy. It's also about disk sharing between friends. When I got The Witcher 2, I didn't even need to put a serial number in. I could've just bought it, installed it, given it to my friend, and he wouldn't have to pay for it. DRM does prevent that and forces people to buy the game instead of borrowing from someone. With Steam or Origin, it's one serial number per account, and you can't have two people log into an account and play at the same time. Everywhere. Gamestop, Steam, Amazon, even Origin is selling it. I think it was 60 or 50 dollars. While I do agree with you that DRM helps with sales, that was a bad example. The Elder Scrolls has been around since DOS gaming, and Skyrim is the third game in the series to receive multiple game of the year awards. The Witcher series has been around since 2007 and doesn't have the type of advertising that ZeniMax does.
I played it. Great game, but too much traditional fantasy for me. It was made by CD Project Red, a polish company who translated it to English.
They sold 1.2 million copies in 2011, but people are also considering Witcher 2 to be one of the best RPGs in a long time.
I know this one.
The difference with video games is that video games are part of a huge business. It usually doesn't take much money to create a piece of art like a painting or a sculpture. However, it takes millions of dollars to create a game. They still need to make money to make a profit and with great studios like Team Bondi and Pandemic going under, it's hard to not care about money. There's no question that a video game is art, but it's also a product to be sold, and it's created to make a profit. Not true. DRM isn't a way to stop piracy completely. DRM is to stop the people who are too impatient to wait for a crack, and go out and buy the game instead. I don't like DRM either, but it's there for a reason. When people look at DRM they look at a massive success as the only way it can be effective, when in reality, implementing it does get more people to buy the game, which is the whole point of it.
It's not a single player game. It's a multiplayer game you can play alone. It's an MMO without a monthly subscription.
I wouldn't know right from wrong if one was helping the poor and the other one was banging my sister.

Server issues. That's all. Well...not all. But that's most of it.

Giving us the tools the developers used along with free high resolution textures. Huge expansions. I'd call that support. It's not their fault that they're incompetent when comes to making games.
