Instead of announcing it three or four months ahead of time, they announce it 30 days before happens. It says in the Terms and Conditions agreement that EA has the right to shut down the service if they give 30 days notice. So instead of announcing this before the 30 days mark, they try to get every last dollar they can out of it, in fear that they might lost sales if they announe the shutdown. Shitty.

Who said it was "suddenly"? New IPs are almost always better, especially with action games like Bayonetta, where there is almost no story to speak of. There's probably a damn good reason behind it. "YAY! I LOVE TO TALK IN CAPS WHEN I QUOTE BECAUSE I LOVE MOCKING PEOPLE FOR THEIR OPINION!"

Having smarts isn't the most important thing. Having a good work ethic is. If you work hard, you can succeed just as easily, and even more easily than an intelligent, creative person who doesn't work hard. School isn't as much of a learning institution as it is a training ground for life.
That's not bad at all. A good score is right around 19-21. Being average is not a bad thing, and you'll still have a chance of getting into a 4 year school. I got 23 the first time and a 28 the second time. I still haven't gone to college yet though because I had a bad grade point average because I was lazy and I haven't really been motivated to try. If you have decent or good grades and a score of 22, you should be fine.
I actually thought the same thing.
It was pretty fun, but it did start to wear off towards the end. I'm getting Max Payne 3 instead.
