Yes, it's going to be with a different Earl and a different butlerdemon, although he looks a lot like Sebby. The Earl this time is a lot more likable than Ciel was, and had less of a dark past. He also compliments his butler, where Ciel was very aloof. Not much else is known though.
Speaking as someone who's brother is gay, I could tell you right now that this is absolute BS. Not all gay men act camp, although many do. And in furthermore, not all camp men are gay, look at Micheal MacIntyre the comedian, he's uber camp, yet he has 2 kids and a wife. Actually, I believe that is was stated by Nomura in an Ultimania at some point that it was the Spirit of the Keyblade who creates the Stations and also trains the weilder how to use the Keyblade. Roxas' one I mean, we already know that Sora's was Mikey. Are there stations in BBS btw?

Well, some worlds that would work well would be: Toy Story, Princess and the Frog, Aristocats (more Cat Sora) 101 Dalmations (also more cat Sora) Radient Garden (again) Destiny Islands (as a hub world like Traverse Town/Twilight Town) Castle Oblivion Emperor's New Groove (my fav Disney movie) A Bug's Life and many more Also, I agree with the above idea pf having FF world with Disney characters. We dunno where Cloud and Sprothe (lol) went after their fight, maybe they went to Midgar? Imagine running around Cocoon with Lightning in your party, or something like that. It would be awesome. So, to conclude, no I don't think they weill run out of worlds any time soon.

And FYI, I've been inactive this round because I had an awards ceremony at school on Tuesday night with rehearsals every day beforehand and I had a piano exam yesterday which I also had to take a whole day off of school for, and i have been catching up on homework.
