L panicked. "No wait! don't go!, I'm sorry about Touta"

"NO!, i mean , not that you would make a good girlfriend or that you're unattractive, i mean, oh Touta you spoiled the whole thing" She found a whole box of them and plonked them in the toaster.
"No! she isn't my girlfriend, well not yet, I mean, not that I don't want her to be, umm, ...oh dear god" L was practically dying infront of her. She smiled and went searching throguh the cupboards.
L went as red as he could possibly go. "G-Girlfriend?" "Well anyone who just had double helpings would be"
L nodded "Don't you ever call her that again, understood" He told him, trying to keep up appearances. Xyam skipped into the kitchen. "I want icecream on my waffles"
"Touta!, Don't call her a commener!Just coz she works in the bakery while We work here at the castle!" He crouched down next to him and pretended to shut him up. "I don't want her to know that I'm royalty" he whispered.
He nodded then went red and hid his face as he saw Touta approaching them. He went redder. "Umm, just a friend of mine" he shuffled his feet around.
"Charming isn't it?, I like this tree the best, I used to climb it when I was little" he smiled, looking up at the branches.
He watched her. "Don't worry, we won't get caught, and if we do we won't get in trouble for it"
He sat down on it and patted the seat next to him.
He shut the gate quietly behind them an trotted up the path to a stone bench under neath one of the trees.
"Yeah, it'll be fine, there aren't any guards around the gardens" He went to the gate and lifted the latch. The gate swung open, "After you" he blushed a little.
L just slouched casually along one of the surrounding walls until he came to a small metal gate.
L walked onwards, blushing and smiling to himself.
He smiled shyly at her and began to walk towards the castle.
"They're really pretty this time of year, we can sneak in over the back wall" he smiled, knowing that they didn't really have to sneak in.
He thought for a while. "How about....the castle gardens"
He smiled at her, still red. "Anywhere you want to go?"
