That's exactly why. The other regions' Pokémon are rare in the Unova region, which is why Ash gets attention due to Pikachu (iirc). If you are bad guys wanting to go to Unova to #OccupyUnova, then you wouldn't want too much attention directed at yourself initially, would you?

It's not preventive if you break the law. And how the hell can you possibly compare the NDAA to speed limits! If your initial reply is "the principle is the same," well it's not. Speed limits are rules to follow, and if you don't, you are breaking the law. You must be able to differ Receiving a fine from actually breaking a set law, and being indefinitely imprisoned due to suspicion. The limit is allegedly for your and others safety. The difference is that if you speed, you are actually breaking a law. I don't question the rule of speed limits, I question the limit set.

I meant risk = fine. I don't consider it a crime to go a bit over the speed limit, however, it is an infraction (However, mainly I'm thinking of speeding more than just 5 miles over the limit). As I mentioned before, I don't question the speed limit, I question the limit set.

Even though I may consider speed limits to be low in many cases, I still believe that if you are speeding, you are subject to being fine.

If you're driving by yourself, you may not consider that you are putting other lives in danger, while on the contrary, you are. If you lose control of the car (after driving for some time, I've realized that it is easier than you'd actually think) you have no idea whether or not there is anyone in the direction your car may bounce.

I've seen results of people losing control of their car, and it's not pretty. They were speeding as well. Regardless of only your own life is lost, the possibility of hurting/killing others is great enough to deserve a fine.

And yes, risk = fine. That's logic. If you are only fined after actually hurting someone, that would be idiocy. By giving fines to avoid accidents, you prevent at least some accidents.

A little late, yes, but I guess that their idea is that if they port the games before KH3D comes out, they will see a jump in sales, as I'm guessing the interest will go up due to curiosity from the KH fans.

Honestly, I'm not too crazy about this version. It's too upbeat for my taste. The tuba ruins the emotion that was found in the previous ones... I found the BBS to be the best. Oh well, to each his own :)

I quite like these changes. It makes it easier to navigate the site, in my opinion. Well done to whoever planned them out. Also, if I'm not mistaken, posts count in the Technology section?

If not filedropper, you could use 4shared/2shared.

    http://www.2shared.com/features.jsp

Also, if its an option, you can make a .torrent out of it. If you don't know how, I can explain how.

    Dyslexia

I know a few people who have dyslexia, but they don't seem to have any major problems with it. Isn't it so that in the most cases you grow out of it? If so, I believe most of my friends have grown out of it, as they are around the age of 20.

Exactly. If you are unable to acquire some sort of software, there is one, easy way to get the game/software. I know that in Norway, at least, a lot of games are not advertised, and are actually under-stocked. For example, I've only seen one or two copies of Kingdom Hearts II in the shelves. I have actually only seen BBS and the original in one game-store, which was Gamestop, and they are not always easy to get to. Which is why, at the time, I downloaded KHII. I know, however, that if I had the possibility to easily obtain the game, physically, I wouldn't have to download it.

OOh, I quite like these. I see why you are proud of the November one. I like the unique nose, it adds to the characteristic.

I think on the Gexln one, the Collarbones seem a little bit too defined, but besides that, I like it.

Also, about your last name, you will now be known as Handcock.

I fear the same. Of course, it all comes down to how Jong-un decides to handle it, and to what extent he is granted powers. I know that the propaganda surrounding Jong-il was very idealistic (in the way they talked about him), and they made him somewhat of a deity. I don't believe Jong-un will have the same "hold" on the people, unless, of course, propaganda has already been surrounding him.
