Holding her hand to her chest, she tried to see in the dark. Suddenly she saw stars, and pain. Her head smacked into the ground, and she yelped, clutching her head. "What the hell?" She yelled out at whatever it was, wishing she had light.
Giggling, Alianne dropped to the ground, then stared up at the sky, still giggling and singing to herself quietly. Nothing, no rules, no people shooting her up with stuff. She couldn't help but smile. This was bliss.

Braiding her hair back as she walked, Kayla tried to think about what to do tomorrow to keep her calm. "Get groceries, make food for the diner, work till five, go home, take care of weekly chores, try to plant a tree."
