He means like Satire like "Mock the Week" (a british tv show), where comedians/comediennes, make fun of the week's news stories in a sort of "Who's Line is it Anyway?" free-for-all. I don't think it really needs its own section though. Surely a thread would suffice.

Yeah, but if you say you're L and Kira gets the Shinigami eyes to activate, you're the first one on their list. Plus, once you accuse, you're vulnerable. Also, no. It doesn't work like that. It's just like me saying right now that I'm not Kira, people won't believe me but they can't disprove me.
