I'm not completely sure, but I doubt it. It was K11 here (11 up can get in, 9 yo can get in with a parent). And I can't see why the sixth one would've been PG, while the fifth got a higher rating, I found the former far more violent than the other ones.

^This xD I doubt they'd rate it R, they've got such a huge fan-base with people in their younger teens. I'm wishing that they'd make it PG-13, though, the fifth and especially the sixth film could've been so much more if they'd been gutsy enough to put the rating higher, and they've already pushing the limits of a PG-rating with the intensity and violence of the last two-three films. And about the nude scenes, they're likely to do the same thing as in the 4th film, have him wear boxers or only film Daniel's torso. Although I've got a feeling that Dan wouldn't mind going completely nude if they asked him to xD
This is just guessing, but maybe Saïx feared that Zexion's motives were similar to Xemnas', that he was using Kingdom Hearts to get power instead of trying to get his heart back. Or maybe he feared that Zexion had, or potentially could figure out Saïx's and Axel's plans to take over the organization, reveal it to Xemnas, thus lowering both of their ranks/trustworthiness. Even if they weren't sticking to the plan by the time of Days, it could've been devastating for Xemnas to know that they had been plotting against him in the past.
