OOC: *gasps for air* I can finally get back on!!!!! My internet was down yesterday. Anyhow, I promised pictures...but my scanner doesn't want to scan any of them... Indeterminable amount of time until it's fixed. Grrrrrrrrrrr. Guess Pirate will be drawing the manga. Oh well. Anyhow, I'll stick around for as long as I can. Get here people!
OOC: I'll be here tomorrow guys, sorry I was gone today. All right, so 10 gems, 10 golems, and we're on Destiny Islands? I'll pop up a golem. As for other things, on photobucket.com, I've created a user account and tomorrow will begin uploading some of the drawings I've been doing of the UO and stuff. Xardius grabbed the cookie from Bellatrix and swallowed it whole, apparently oblivious to the whole conversation. "Mmm, I love cookies," Xardius said. "You know, it just feels right being with you guys, so..." Xardius shrugged. "I'll stick around. Somehow, I know I'm a good fighter." Xardius turned to Xane. "And I know that's not right. I'm just a normal person from Earth, New York to be exact."
Xardius nodded slowly. "So...you guys are my friends? That's cool..." He stood up and walked over to his weapons. "All right...So...after I used this sword...I went unconscious...and you guys took care of me?" He turned and bowed to them all. "I thank you from the bottom of my heart." His expression turned thoughtful. "But...you said we were fighting the...Brotherhood?" He frowned. "What are we going to do next?"
"HOW DO YOU KNOW MY NAME?" Xardius screamed. "STALKERS!" OOC: I'm exaggerating his uselessness...he's actually more useful than before. But, you do get where I'm coming from, right?
OOC: Sorry I've been gone... I could cut it down to 10 gems...but I don't want us to really start fighting the Brotherhood members until later...Scourge's real plot hasn't been revealed yet, and eliminating members at this early a date...it might ruin stuff. I've got a plan, don't worry...I just don't want us to go through this really quickly. I suggest we pick the 10 worlds we want to go to...we'll go through a sub-quest on each world, defeat the golem there, and recover the gem. Once we have 10, we'll be able to go through and the next part of my plan will be uncovered. I can say that just going through the gate won't guarantee immediate Brotherhood fights. We'll have to find and defeat the Brotherhood members, like a hide and seek game, like the Enigmatic Knights. So, any objections? I'm pretty open, I just don't want us to start killing members so soon. BIC: Xardius stared at Wing. "Wha...? Who are you?" Xardius winced and cradled his right arm... "Holy fire? I...I don't remember..."
Tera Roth flicked Nulix on the nose. "I may me older than you, whippersnapper, but I'm also apparently smarter. Try finding another way to the dark side of the worlds other than through this gate. I want a crack at the Brotherhood too...If there was another way, I'd show it to you." *** Xardius sat up and looked around. "Wha-? Where am I?"
Tera Roth folded his arms. "It's not my fault...just because the UO is a chaos-ensuing, climactic war-group isn't my problem. If you want, you can sit here and drool all day staring at the gate, or we can go find the..." He counted the depressions. "20 gems that will open the gate. You didn't think it'd really be that easy did you?" *** Xardius grunted as he opened his eyes.
OOC: Sorry guys... BIC: Tera Roth zipped the ship into Kingdom Hearts and settled it down in a square. In the middle of the square was a massive gateway made of solid stone. Intricate spirals went around the arch...and it was closed. Tera Roth approached it, puzzled. EDIT: "We can't pass," he hissed. "The gate's shut!" He slammed a fist against the gate, then paused and looked to one side. He studied the indentation intently, then smiled. "But there is a way... I've heard about this, but never experienced it. The Brotherhood has sealed the gate by splitting the gate's powers into portions. These portions take on the forms of gems...All we have to do now is find the gems. According to relativity, there should be a gem on the more important worlds...All we have to do is find them, bring them back here, and place them in these indentations." He sighed. "A lot of work, but not a lost cause." OOC: Now I gotta go...Sorry.
"All right, then," Tera Roth said, jumping into the pilot's chair and raising the ship up. "Somebody should check on Xardius. Man, I miss that guy...Me and he used to be old buddies once upon a time..." Tera Roth shook his head, and pointed the ship at Kingdom Hearts. "Ready or not!" The ship rocketed off.
Tera Roth listened to Nulix, then nodded. "You're absolutely correct. Don't trust me. I don't trust you. But allow me to explain my actions at the time... "I've known about the Brotherhood for some time. That is why I repeatedly fought against you in your quest to destroy the Enigmatic Knights...The Enigmatic Knights you were intent on destroying were an elite group known as the Dreadnought Knights, and mine were the Larenska Knights. Both were guarding gates that, if opened, could allow the Brotherhood inside the worlds. "Therefore I opposed you. However, I was curious about the organization. I wanted to see if you could stand up to the Brotherhood, if you were set against each other. Therefore, I set up a test...a rather crude and badly thought out test, but nonetheless, a test...a tournament that would face you up against your loved ones, your worst fears, etc. I wanted to see how strong you could become, or were." He shrugged. "You passed with flying colors, but that's irrelevant now. Whether or not you're strong enough to fight the Brotherhood is beside the point, because you're going to have to be." He closed his eyes and bowed his head, folding his arms. "Now, I know the last remaining location that you can enter to chase the Brotherhood and defeat them: a gate within Kingdom Hearts. I offer my life as evidence that I will not betray you. Sound fair?"
Tera Roth face-palmed 52 times in a row, then turned back to the oblivious UO members. "I'm the one who hosted the tournament a while back...while I was still working for Vecked." He coughed. "Ahem, anyhow, my name is Tera Roth, and if you want proof of my integrity, talk to Xardius."
Tera Roth walked up to Bellatrix. "I am here to ask if you will become allies with the Enigmatic Knights...at least until the Brotherhood's destruction and the worlds become at peace." He shook his head. "Each of us aren't powerful to destroy the Brotherhood on our own, but together..." He shrugged. "Who knows?"
OOC: I'm manipulative... Because there's really no choice. Heh heh heh.... Anyhow! Two votes for Brotherhood, one for golems...Head for the gate that is in Kingdom Hearts!
OOC: OH WELL? OH WELL!?!?!?!?!?!?!? AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! Wait...this could help... All right, so now that that is settled, what are we going to do next in the plot? Fight the Virus? Go after the Brotherhood? Beat the Golems? EDIT: On Pirate's request, I'm discussing plot...
OOC: OK, sounds good... Instead of rectifying the darkness problem, let's say it charged the gateway... But what about on the dark side? Without a dark side of Kingdom Hearts, there isn't going to be anyway into the dark side of the worlds. And the dark side of the worlds doesn't have a main heart now...
OOC: Cheap shots call for cheap answers...But OK...Let's say it's a temporary solution, one that must be rectified before we can do anything really important.
OOC: No, I didn't... But it's not a problem. Kingdom Hearts' darkness was wiped from existence... Then Tera Roth restored that darkness inside Kingdom Hearts, and a new world appeared inside. Whether or not it is the same is another story.
OOC: If that's the way you feel Cowboy... Well, Tera Roth fixed that using a massive storage of dark energy to restore Kingdom Hearts. So there's nothing stopping us. (I had to do it or Tera Roth and Highwind would die....and that ain't NEVER happening.) Happy Thanksgiving everybody! THC: Xardius stuffed turkey into his mouth. "I love...hic...hic...urk...uh..." Xardius banged on his chest, and fell over, choking on turkey.
