Did we get information on the real names from all of Organization XIII? I'm only aware of Axel's real name. Also are the names for these three right? » Even (Vexen) » Dilan (Xaldin) » Aeleus (Lexeaus)
Hey everyone, I should've reported this rumor about Aqua last week when it was first mentioned, but I didn't think anything of it. The topic was mentioned by our forum member "Rho" in the KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep section, where the member was confused about the rumor with Aqua. It's been said that Aqua's outfit has changed due to her appearing too "sexy". The rumor continued and some fans heard that Disney complained about the outfit. I can't confirm if Disney really complained, but what we can tell is that a change has been made by Nomura, which shows less of her back/waist. Images have been posted above which features the change in Aqua. The left image features the older version and the right image features the updated and "un-sexy" version. Can you believe what we are reporting about (laughs)? Source: FF-Reunion
This is my first time recording and adding a short clip of me singing Jesse McCartney's latest song "Body Language". I haven't taken voice lessons or anything, so it won't sound perfect, but I gave it a shot. I usually just dub Roxas/Ven's voice, but wanted to go to the next level. What do you guys think? Suggestions at all? Link: http://www.box.net/shared/9f3eo6sjl6
The next installment for the Roxas Diary is now available for viewing. This is the last video for the diary, which features day 224-357. Our last two videos cover content from before day 224, so make sure you guys check it out for more on the storyline. I've added the voice over for Roxas again in the latest video. Instead of looking at a standstill image, I put a whole video together which features important scenes from the new title. There is a spoiler warning for this video. Thanks for watching and sharing your interest. Look forward for our next video for the Birth By Sleep production in November. Thanks to KH13 for providing the video clip scenes.
After beating KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days, I thought it was weird how they didn't show more of how Roxas was transferred into the other part of Twilight Town. Roxas was put into Twilight Town with his clothes from Kingdom Hearts II. "Only seven more days till my summer vacation ends", while running into the "usual spot". Isn't it weird that he said that? He hasn't gone to school and how did he become friends with Hanyer Pence and Olette so quickly? I remmebr in the game that Axel even had to explain what summer vacation was to Roxas. I don't know, it's a bit odd or is it me? Nomura left those details out, unless I'm missing something? By the way, what happened to Axel? Also after everything that happened, why was the Organization so worried about getting Roxas back in KINGDOM HEARTS II?
KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days was released in North America on September 29th 2009. Hot Topic has recently updated on their KINGDOM HEARTS merchandise, but this time not only focusing on KINGDOM HEARTS II. A new white t-shirt has been added, displaying the main cover from KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days, which features Roxas, Axel, Xion, Riku and King Mickey. The new KINGDOM HEARTS title has almost been out for a month. Looks like Hot Topic is celebrating. Link: View or buy Now Source: Thanks to our member "Shizzy" for letting me know.

New York. It's great! A nice Winter alert...
A new scan from this month's jump has surfaced, which features Terra, Aqua, Ven and their master in a new world from KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep. The scan is available for view below. Translations are below, from what I at least got from FF-Reunion. Apparently there was an accident in the world, and ordered apprentices to departure , saying that "the threat is approaching the princess of light". One by one, three apprentices connected by hard bond leave the hometown praying for the safety of each other. The command technique used by the action battle is obtained and can be promoted by various methods. The power-up of the command is possible even if stopping on the way from the adventure, and playing by board game "Command board". The dice is shaken, it advances on the board, and it aims at the goal while straightening at the board point. The event is somewhat generated in a special panel.Source: FF-Reunion
Hey everyone, there's been a lack of news for the KINGDOM HEARTS series. With the lack of news going on, I wanted to share something with you guys which I feel is a KHV only exclusive. I've added a video with me voicing as Roxas in the diary entries that he's wrote during the time he's been with the Organization. Saix told him to keep a diary with all of his thoughts. This can be viewed in the new Kingdom Hearts game "KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days", which features selective topics on selective days found in the files section. This is version one and contains only day 7-97. I will upload the next video as time goes on with the next hundred days.
Hey everyone, the release of KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days will be available tomorrow in Europe. The official website has also been complete, unlike North America...with a huge amount of updates. You can now view the worlds, news, characters, download, media, gameplay and story sections. Each section is complete and offers a great deal of content. For those of you that are getting the game, enjoy and have fun. Keep with us for the latest. Link: http://www.kingdomheartsdays.com/ Source: Thanks to our forum member shmilo for letting me know.
Hey everyone, I just wanted to share something quick with you guys. I noticed that FINAL FANTASY XIII is scheduled for a release on June 20th 2010 in North America. Europe has the game set for June 25th, only five days later. FF XIII is releasing in Japan on December 2009 and KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep is releasing somewhere near January, most likely mid or end of the month. My guess is that we won't see Birth By Sleep until summer. It appears that they are making the North American and Europe releases closer, but giving a huge gap between the release from Japan. I could be wrong, but just letting you guys know. Feel free to discuss.... FINAL FANTASY XIII (North America): Amazon.com FINAL FANTASY XIII (Europe): Amazon.co.uk Source: FF-Reunion
The demo that was shown at the Tokyo Game Show 2009 seems to be slowly appearing online. Gameplay which features Aqua was uploaded to Game Trailers. The video starts off with Aqua entering the world of Snow White "Dwarf Woodlands". It starts off with a depression feeling as the cutscene shows the seven dwarf's and Snow White. Aqua is later seen fighting near the castle, which is the gameplay aspect. Overall, It's a short video, but worth the view. KINGDOM HEARTS: Hot Topic Merchandise Hot Topic has once again added some more of those t-shirts with the KINGDOM HEARTS series. Once again a couple of new ones were added from Kingdom Hearts II. It appears no other colors except black and white were added. You can view all the merchandise from Hot Topic, by clicking HERE. Source: Thanks to our staff member DP Wolf. KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep (Impressions) In other news, our member Imminent has informed me on a review/impressions of the reactions from Kotaku, where they share their input from the KINGDOM HEARTS Birth By Sleep title. We've added the article below in case you guys are interested. Having bailed on Kingdom Hearts 2 after reaching the Steamboat Willy stage, I may have finally found the KH game to bring me back. It was available to preview last week in Tokyo. Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep is, according to the wonderfully pithy Square-Enix TGS press kit, a game that lets us "Turn back the pages of time and join three all-new characters in this earliest chapter of the Kingdom Hearts saga." This new Kingdom Hearts is on the PSP, which could have introduced all sorts of control disappointments and limit what I had found most appealing about Kingdom Hearts 2: The series' looks. Some background, so you can tell where I'm coming from: I had found the PS2 game to be gaming junk food, something with a lot of pop, color and flavor, but which lacked any substance I found fulfilling. The Steamboat Willy and other Disney-inspired levels looked great, as did the many extraordinary attacks I could execute in real-time with simple efforts on my controller. But I found nothing engaging in the game's controls and no magic in the level design. The game, for me, was a lot of tap-tap-tap-see-something-cool. Birth By Sleep, which I walked away from Tokyo liking, turns out to offer a lot of tap-tap-tap-see-something-cool as well. The difference is that I now think that formula might be perfect for Sony's platform. The PSP has fewer buttons than a console controller does, so the simplistic inputs for the game don't bother me as much on the portable. And with the PSP powerful enough to show some lovely graphical flourishes, the feeling that Kingdom Hearts on the go might provide a sugary junk food experience suits me right. Three levels of the game were available in Tokyo, each featuring a different character. I chose to play as the dark-haired warrior man Terra who would be fighting his way to Sleeping Beauty's castle, her Enchanted Dominion. We first fought in what I guess were the forest outskirts. Circle button was attack. X was jump. Square was dash. Enemies were always popping up, encouraging a fast playing speed: Chop at this guy, dash to the next, chop at him, etc. Taps of the shoulder buttons locked onto enemies, ensuring that I could keep on offense and turn to the next target without wasting much time. Holding the shoulder buttons produced a targeting reticule and enabled some magical shooting. The main things to manage in combat were the meter and move menu on the screen's lower left corner. You trigger these attacks with the triangle button. Filling the meter by successfully executing attacks produced a special status condition, like Fire Blazer or Fatal Mode. Tapping up and down on the d-pad flicked through possible power moves listed in that menu, offering a thick quiver of ways to assault. All menu attacks, once used, required recharging. And using them in the right combination altered both the status effects in the game and the nature of Terra's basic attack. That all might sound a little overwhelming, but I think that's the idea: To provide a great deal of moves that can be stacked and executed without ever pausing the game, with the guarantee that the player won't have to repeat themselves that much and will know that what they're doing will always look cool. As I said before, it's like junk food. Maybe like munching a variety of jelly beans. The approach to Sleeping Beauty's castle was fun in the gameplay sense, if not brilliant in its level design. I fought enemies on a long bridge, then in some castle rooms. I button-mashed against a big red Tinker-Toy-looking boss and got hit with a screen informing me the demo was over. Our resident Kingdom Hearts fan, AJ Glasser, suggests that I play the first Kingdom Hearts to better appreciate what the series is all about. If, however, my opinion of it is going to be what it is today, then getting what Kingdom Hearts seems capable of delivering on the PSP is alright by me.
Hey everyone, Square-Enix has just updated the official KINGDOM HEARTS 358/2 Days (North American) website with all the characters from the new KINGDOM HEARTS title. Characters from the title include King Mickey, Riku and the organization. By the way, the "preorder" link has been taken down and the "order" link was added in replace.
