Since February 4th, I've been working on the KHV fandub production for Square-Enix's new anticipating KH title 358/2 Days. The video game for the DS is set for Japan this May 30th, but it will take a bit longer for Square-Enix to finally release it in the states. The KHV fandub production marks a whole new exciting way for the community to get involved. KHV members (included me), will voice Japanese cutscenes/trailers and commercials from the title. It's a race as we are trying to voice as much as we can before the 358/2 Days title is released in North America. The production can last as long as summer of 2009. There have been over seventy auditions from so many talented members/visitors. The community has shown such an interest in this project. Bittermeat is also on board and will provide translations for the fandub production, so it's easy for us to voice the scenes in English. Can you believe how fast time goes? I'm not sure if many of you are keeping track, but today (March 28th) Kingdom Hearts: II has officially turned three years old for North America. Don't you guys remember the times when we called Roxas BHK (Blonde Haired Kid), as we had no idea who he was except that he looked like Roxas. Anyway, we are now gearing up for the release of Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days. Exciting, right? Once again, happy birthday Kingdom Hearts: II.

The latest issue of Famitsu Weekly has surfaced with a new interview. Tetsuya Nomura spoke about his recent projects that he's very much involved with right now. Final Fantasy was mentioned the most, but Nomura did mention a little bit from the Kingdom Hearts series. I bet you guys are wondering what the special announcement is about. We'll keep you posted.
