It does say it can and must be SS'd using dark tuner level - non-tuner level = its level.
The + vs. - thing is something I thought about and decided using the standard + would be better from a card legality point of view. Perhaps it would be just as good the other way. Don't know. Since Consuming Flames is not treated as being level -5 (again, easier to deal with), the second line is equivalent. Reversed order of subtraction = reversed sign.
The YCM formatting means that if I don't have it also say Synchro it will be colored like an effect monster.

Hmm.. In that case, I think I'll stick with my current image. This set is designed to work in random or non-random, and it's slightly odd using a Dark Synchro card appearance in random.

You could create a character that's purpose is to show up every once in a while to challenge someone, and will leave right after that. Then maybe make him forced to accept challenges, and make defeating him a requirement for the cooperation win.
It's possible that he closed the window a minute before you posted, but KHV didn't notice that he was gone yet. What I mean is that we don't have enough people interacting and pushing the story forwards, nor do we have a story that is already naturally moving forward. I want to act, but I don't have a character who would act. Edit: Also, BLS is viable in E-Heroes. I turn one summoned him in my Masked Hero build.
I love my Rio (and a little shark) deck so much. No other deck would let me get away with doing 4900 damage when I'm not allowed to use spells or traps, and I start with basically no field, and I have to deal with That field. Although now I realize it wasn't an exact zero, because of Dweller boost. It also let me get away with stealing a game by burn damage here. Rio's deck is so awesome I almost want to watch the anime to see what she does with it.. Almost.
We have too few moving parts, and not enough of a current.
To be L, there would need to be something to try to figure out, and people who knew about it and would act on that knowledge in some way. Near is much easier because he just read the script, so I would just need to get Brook to tell me everything and then talk about how obvious it was based on things that aren't even true.
I just went back to the first page of the arena.. And it had people talking about Jay being like Light.. This arena has been around for over a year now. Edit: And this RP takes up more than half the pages.
