@Toon-Girl-Abby You don't seem to understand the concept of the arena's banlist. Unlike Konami's my banlist is designed to make the game fair. I'm not going to just restrict cards willy nilly just because they're powerful. That's why I didn't hit Utopia the Lightning and why I didn't ban Raigeki or Change of Heart etc. I only restrict cards that allow for unfair advantage or ones that are abusable at 3. You're right though. I probably SHOULD limit Xyz Treasure Ticket.
True. That is a good idea. You do have some good points. Well I know how to rectify that easily enough. Starting now, If I have to tell someone to post the effect/text of a Japanese card in English they get a strike. And if I have to 3 times they get a game loss. (Though I would prefer it so much more if they would just translate the fucking thing...)
The card was already limited before their Duel started. True. I made an exception since everyone agreed on it. But I just don't want anyone whining about how they got a gameloss in the future because of something like this and saying something like: "Hey no fair! you made an exception for Yakumo why can't you do the same for me!?" But yes you do have a point. That rule might help prevent that. Wait why would they use a Japanese one when there's an English copy? What would be the point of that? In the real game the penalty for using a banned card using more than one copy of a limited card or using more than 2 copies of a semi-limited card is a game loss. So it should go without saying that that applies here too.
