Power metal fans hate DragonForce for this very reason (in case you're wondering, yes, this is part of the reason I hate them, too). They essentially tell people that all power metal is is super fast repetitive three chord bullshit. If you want good power metal bands look at Blind Guardian, Kamelot, Nightwish, Machinae Supremacy, Derdian, Galneryus, or Sonata Arctica.
Nevermind that he sounds almost exactly the same in Japanese....
I find them to be boring emo garbage to be honest. However, I do tink they have talent and can probably do better.
Welcome to Final Fantasy final bosses. FFIV had a 2 form final boss, same with FFV, FFVI had a 4 form final boss and FFIX and FFX had a thing for sending you against multiple bosses in a row without even a chance to heal (though, in the case of FFX, it was litterally impossible to lose against the last chain of bosses due to auto-life being casted on the party.)
"The Stand (Man or Machine)" by The Protomen
Not to mention a better and more varied song list, better character customization, better sound quality and more realistic animation (without female vocalists havng a mouth so large that Steven Tyler would be jealous). I have both games on 360, so the only thing I can't account for is graphics quality as I haven't seen enough of the Wii versions of either game to tell which is better, however, knowing Activision, the Wii version of World Tour was probably completely half-assed like Guitar Hero III (a game I actually do have on the Wii).
That is a debatable subject actually. Some (such as myself) see metal as developed so far to be its own genre. And don't give me the whole argument that they use the same instruments, as I can think of rap artists that use the same instruments. Anywho, despite my view of them being separate instruments, metal is far too big a genre to try to say it as a whole is the better genre. While I personally love progressive, symphonic and power variants of metal, I tend to shy away from the more extreme forms such as doom metal or black metal. Honestly, I find it to be an impossible choice as the two genres are far too big to compare directly.
Through out all of my schooling, there were only a few books that I actually didn't enjoy, but only one that I remember. That one is "The Great Gatsby." That is, however, not to say that it is a bad book, if it wasn't, it wouldn't be remembered today. I just didn't like it.
Or you could wait for it to be released outside of Japan.
Super Paper Mario Super Mario Galaxy Super Smash Bros Brawl The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Okami No More Heroes Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Take your pick.
*breaks out in hysterical laughter* Seriously? Demon Hunter? You know NOTHING of metal. Try this. And that isn't even close to the point that bands like Cannibal Corpse take it. Hell, Cannibal Corpse is nothing compared to some bands. This goes for the person who said Slipknot as well. Metalcore and nu-metal are nothing when it comes to heavy.
No offense to the people that like them, but why in the world would they even WANT to do a reunion?
Yeah, because this sounds just like this and this.
Thank you.
"Revolution Calling" by Queensryche
Final Fantasy generally has a great soundtrack with some hit or miss moments (looking at you X-2), as does Metal Gear Solid. Other games with great soundtracks are Mirror's Edge, No More Heroes and Super Smash Bros. For licenced soundtracks, I don't think I've seen a better one than Rock Band 2, though Guitar Hero II is up there.
"Red Devil" by Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force
One of the few death metal bands I listen to. Hegg's grunting is excellent. I've noticed, though, that they have been getting more and more melodic as the years go by.
When I stopped reading Naruto, I believe I was at about 40 chapters post timeskip. Then of course, I got to the Spoiler fight between Sasuke and Deidara , which, due to atrocious writing and deus ex machina that makes DBZ look brilliant made it completely impossible for me to even attempt to read it.
"Girl's Not Grey" is ok, I guess?
