Zilla Jr. was the "Godzilla" of the show. Granted he was offically "Godzilla Jr." back then before Toho renamed the '98 Godzilla to just plain Zilla in Final Wars. Essentially he was the baby Zilla at the end of the movie who thinks the human protagonist is its parent.
