Then the villains would be stacked a mile high against the heroes. You'd have to drag in extras, and figure out where to draw the line for Disney character inclusions (if at all), and there'd barely be any decent stages, and I don't see them coming up with a battle theme for each character, and only two or three of the characters you just named have enough techniques to draw upon for a full moveset, and... I could go on and on, but KH really isn't built to be a fighter. Any attempt would just seem forced. I'm not talking about the forward half of the cast, I'm talking about the back half. Most of those ports aren't nearly as comprehensive and didn't get NEARLY the same level of buzz as KH1.5 did. Plus they weren't that recent in relation to Dissidia's release, not all of them. Because they need to stop holding us over with half-assed projects and actually make KH3. It could've been out much sooner than this, and several of the games meant to tide us over weren't really necessary. People seem to underestimate the amount of work that goes into a project like that. Squeenix already has their hands full.
'SUP. B] Happy T-gives you jive turkeys Take On Me duh Do you know how many times in my life I've shouted IN A DAY OOOOR TWOOOOOOOOOOO P-plead the fifth Wow how can one terrible person have so many cool nicknames. "Werewolf of Wysteria," "Brooklyn Vampire," "Moon Maniac" omg Pink cowboy hat or bust Ba- FUFCK Ok fine other than TERRY MCGINNIS (THOUGHT I MEANT BRUCE WAYNE DIDN'T U?) Uhh probably The Flash because he's the only superhero I know who talked one of his rogues gallery into going home and taking his meds. And that is beautiful on so many levels. :'D I'm glad you said 'creature' cuz otherwise we would've been here all day haha. Probably a tie between Jörmungandr, Níðhöggr, the Valravn, and the many black dogs of the British Isles. Honorable mentions to the Phoenix, nameless eagle that sits atop Yggdrasil, and any and all varieties of Faerie. I'm not embarrassed of what I watched. I grew up with Dexter's Lab, Johnny Bravo, Powerpuff Girls, Ed Edd n' Eddy, Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, FLCL, and all the rest. If you're talkin' about when I was a wee tyke, then yeah, I watched stuff like Veggietales and Barney, but what else is a little kid gonna watch? (Hell I still sing Keep Walking all the time so :v) I'm far more embarrassed that I've actually recently come to slightly enjoy Ben 10 and its derivatives sometimes maybe. Sincerity, empathy, and imagination. c: Ey bro whas gud If you're asking me to CHOOSE, I'd go with Fire. But according to my sun sign I should be picking Air. :L Earth I basically can't understand at all, and I'm scared of Water, so. EVERYTHING IN GEN. III PLUS SOME OTHER STUFF :L ...WAIT TAKE CASTFORM OUT OF THAT LIST ABOVE What weapon STRICTLY from a fictional series? Probably none. I hate it when series make up their own weapons, especially when an existing weapon would've fit better and looked cooler. What weapon that I've EVER seen wielded in a fictional series? Kanabō, no contest. IN MY DREAMS I'M THE ONI. IT'S ME. 3:E Aaaahahaha I was expecting somebody to be like "Tell me what you like about this person" and put me on the spot :'D I LIKE LARIA'S QUESTIONS. :U And the things she says in general. She's such an oddly observant and creative person, like a little porcelain android learning about the world. It's wonderful. <3 One day she's going to take offense to me calling her a doll/robot all the time

Yeah, it's always been that way in KH1, and I kinda like that. Meant you had to work for that extra damage. Limits in KH2 are just one of many panic buttons that can save you from a hit you deserved to take, and on top of that they deal powerful, guaranteed damage.
While I think it's premature to make any judgment calls about the game itself, I do think it's silly that they chose this foot to lead with. Ok, so we know the game was announced before it was ready. But that means what we're seeing is some of the first stuff they chose to work on. Why Disney rides? Not as much as it would add if they calmed down about the frickin' Keyblade and made spells worth half a fresh damn, thus capitalizing on the projectiles that already exist in the game and making any kind of ranged/caster lifestyle viable. It's supposed to be an action-RPG, not an action-sometimes-you-can-throw-an-icicle-if-you're-bored-I-guess. And this series is well overdue for some decent light spells, that'd be something fun to show off.
I think they're smart enough to avoid making her a powerhouse. What I don't think they're smart enough to avoid is giving her a Keyblade without changing anything about her role in the series. If she keeps getting rescued and shoved aside all the time when she can actually fight, I'm gonna be livid. As much as I agree with Sephiroth (though let's be clear: KH1 Sephiroth is amazing, KH2 Sephiroth was the start of the problem), I think FM Xemnas is an even better example. He actually does less damage per hit, but he's so much smarter and his attacks are so much harder to deal with that he can take on your entire party and still have you reeling in the first minute. Yet even knowing that, he's still predictable once you get a handle on the fight. You hit the nail on the head. Command decks are too effective on standard enemies and not effective enough on bosses. Because of the damage most command attacks do, they can one-shot a lot of smaller threats; but because of the startup, you're reduced to a small handful of attacks that are even slightly effective on stronger bosses. Not to mention your character's standard attack damage often outpaces the damage of the command deck by the end of the game. 3D didn't improve on this much at all; the Balloon spell series is basically the only decent command to use on Julius or the endgame boss rush. I agree, if they're going to use this system for KH3 it needs to be seriously fine-tuned.
I like what they did with ASoD-Riku in Final Mix; his attacks stagger on block, so you can't counter him to death anymore. Puts the tension back in the fight. And of course, FM Xemnas is an absolute treat; he's not even stronger than Sephiroth, he's just smarter, and that alone makes him so much tougher. Only thing I don't like about that fight is the force choke. KH2's boss fights were mostly a disappointment, but Scar was tons of fun. BbS and Days don't stick out boss-wise but 3D's endgame rush was full of memorable fights. The updates to the Xemnas and ASoD fights were the most interesting to me. Before that, the Spellican and Rinzler battles were fun as well, especially the rematches.
Granted, if we lived in that country we probably wouldn't think so. Half of their art/media is bright and optimistic, but the other half is aggressively fatalistic. Think of the classics like Akira, Grave of the Fireflies, and Evangelion. It's part and parcel of a culture rocked by nuclear strikes and devastating natural disasters. Or maybe they're even more inclined to think so, since it comes off as detached from reality. :v Who knows. It's not meant to be seen as suicide, but as an intense self-sacrifice. None of those incidents have the character of suicide, and only one has the form. If anything, they are more about emphasizing transience of the body and courage in the face of the unknown. Physical form is fragile, yet ultimately irrelevant, for the spirit persists.
Basically this. She's an important object, not an important person. Sincerely hoping that changes with KH3.
Was it surprising? The game was made for Final Fantasy's 20th anniversary, and it stayed well within the trappings of the series proper in every respect. I would've found it more surprising, and kind of jarring at that, to see KH characters included. Any rate, I don't see it happening. There's not enough content in the KH series to make it as compelling. Plus Dissidia was in part a breath of life for the older FF games; all of the KH games are in recent memory, not to mention being ported and updated, so there's really no reason to go through with it.
'Grats man, you've actually managed to make the guy who regularly preaches respecting other people's problems, no matter how small, and advocates empathy and understanding above all else throw up his arms and say, "Whoop-de-fuckin'-do." My friends send me shit I don't like all the time, and I politely (more or less) tell them to take it elsewhere. If they don't, they get reprimanded. If the problem persists, they clearly don't respect me, so I make it a confrontation. Point being there's a solution far more practical than "Kill the thing they keep sending me," and it's called "Set some damnable boundaries with the people I allow into my life." It's one thing to have tastes that don't align with the norm, but wishing death on a trend that people enjoy, just because you don't, is absurd. So it's harder to find what you like. So what? It's out there, and if you look you'll find it. Off the top of my head, YouPickGames goes quiet during every cutscene of the games he plays. Besides, the thing you want can coexist with the thing you don't want, and eliminating the one doesn't guarantee more of the other will appear, so I don't get your train of thought. I've never been unable to find a silent playthrough of a game if I wanted to see the footage badly enough and couldn't readily replay it myself. Let's Plays may breach your searches but they won't be all you find.
Man because the existence of a thing that others enjoy but you can choose to avoid is really hurting you isn't it? Tell you what, if you want quiet footage, try searching for a walkthrough or a longplay. Better yet, play the damn game yourself.
Same, I'm just amused and bemused over here. Like, isn't Brian Seth's mouthpiece character? Is he trying to be edgy again, or did he just decide the show's over, or what? Can anyone who still follows the show possibly shed some light on this? They got a nigga curious but I'm not about to go watchin' it again just to find out what's what.
Brian died? Hahaha what the fuck?
Hey, he's a busy man
Hahaha what the f[plain]u[/plain]ck I love it
Funny part is it's not more mature than Last Airbender at all
Why do you sound like 4chan all the time now Agreed, let's not lose focus here guys. Reviews have their kinks to be worked out but above all else the companies should know better.
[1] What is your name? [2] Interact with > leatherbound object [3] Are you really a threat?
Welp I'ma just add that to the list thx Trigonometry Granted, they've worked through surrogates for several of those games
For a certain value of "behaving" and in some cases "yourselves"
