Yeah and what the fuck are they wearing And let's be clear I'm not saying any of this is a bad thing Code Geass in particular is just so audacious that I think I'm starting to come around to it
...
Listen all I'm gonna say is most of my Saturdays consist of trophy hunting in Dark Souls or writing lengthy essays on things nobody cares about E: Or, lately, flooding these boards with shitposts 'til somebody complains That's my life those are my choices I love my games to death but man sometimes I wish I was tossing back tequila shots instead
I really can't imagine anyone crying over Code Geass like I'm honestly not trying to invalidate your feelings but the show is just so campy It's like an opera Plus then there's If you thought that was sad though you should watch Cowboy Bebop
It totally does, I do that with the books I read. also omg so jeluz all I ever took was like one intro to film class which is where I discovered The Host which is now one of my favorite movies ffff
JEREMIAH DIES oh wait
Ok as long as somebody else thinks so Sometimes I have trouble telling, I am not a bright child
Good, now watch this
Cat showed me these, and the Avengers one just pissed me off. Like, 70% of it is nitpicking and personal gripes. Most of the others keep that to a minimum, but it seems like this guy had it out for that one film. That or he loved it so much that he was reaching to the far corners to find fault in it. Then again I'm just weird like that I take games and comedy seriously and everything else is either a game or a joke to me
Could I call my video game library a collection? Undoubtedly, of all the things I own, I own the most games... but "collection" implies more than that, I think. The willingness to acquire for acquisition's sake, not to use, but simply to have. I definitely collect things in the games though, haha. Weapons, armor, trinkets. Items that serve no purpose except to be sought. When it comes to the practical stuff, I like to have as many options as possible; as far as sheer collectibles, well, it's fulfilling to face all the challenges the game can offer. To me they represent the effort it took to get them. I wonder what it says about me that I can only be bothered to make that effort in a virtual environment...
His appearance in A Sorrow of Magpies may or may not have influenced my opinion but I rEALLY WANT TO KNOW WHO MARLUXIA WAS. And also what was his deal. For being the antagonist of an installment we pretty much get nothing about his motivations - only the breadth of his cruelty and ruthlessness, and his willingness to turn on friends in an instant. What kind of person could those traits have come from? How was he recruited? Was he found, or did he find the Organization himself? How much did he know? Of all the ones presented, he's the only one low on the totem pole who actually wanted to climb higher, so I feel like he'd be the most interesting as a somebody.
You read the title. What music do you listen to when it's time to chill? Do you have a preferred band or genre of music? Or do you prefer to listen to nothing at all? Tell us what soothes the savage beast - and recommend us some good R&R tunes while you're at it. Even at my laziest, I like to have a good beat to keep me company. I listen to stuff like Amon Tobin, jazzy hip-hop with a measured, deliberate rhythm. Every now and then I also delve into folk music, like Värttinä or Gjallarhorn.
I don't like the direction this thread has gone. It was supposed to be welcoming for TQs and instead appears more caustic, critical, and unfriendly than anything. I can only argue for the other side for so long. I think I'm just gonna have it locked up.
How much of that would be lost on me if I hadn't seen the original Tron, hypothetically speaking? I mean I plan to, I'm just wondering if the order makes a difference here
And now that it's been repealed it's not eve-*brick'd* Thank you I really wanted to see Legacy in theaters but for some reason it ended up not happening so I've come to base my opinion of it on the KH3D world which considering it's the first Disney world to almost mAKE ME CRY TRON BBY NO IT'S ME ;_; by extension the movie must be phenomenal
Yes. And they cannot stop us.
It's called "willing suspension of disbelief" for a reason. The audience has to be willing to suspend disbelief. Which means the author/director has to put in some effort. Again with the hot actor thing. Listen, can you just watch porn like a normal, well-adjusted person? Masturbating in theaters is typically frowned upon.
Sports!
Ok there's something I want to talk about before we get too far off the subject of the Avengers Here are the most contradicting sentences ever spoken by a human being, usually the same one: "The Chitauri are boring villains. They don't even do anything!" "I lose interest in the film in the last half hour. It's pretty much one nonstop action scene." ...That... THAT'S WHEN THEY FUCKING DO THINGS
Holy shit "excelled" isn't even a transitive verb have any of you taken English Not you Hayabusa ur cool
