Yes, but often they're grouped together, and Reaction Commands eventually become so powerful that they can take out the enemy tied to them in one shot, plus a couple more if you angle it right. KHII generally has a "hit buttons" feel, to be sure. But that's what I enjoyed about Days; it emphatically didn't, and discouraged people from charging in blindly. Perhaps too much in some cases cough Leechgrave cough. But the Emerald Serenades were fun for me, if only because they forced me to step back and assess for a second before going on the offensive.

How many of you have 100%'d the original Kingdom Hearts? Do you plan to do so with 1.5? Do the Trophies hold any appeal for you, or are you just going to get all the collectibles and fight all the secret bosses and call it a day? (Which will probably count for a sizable chunk of the Trophies anyway, but still.) I still haven't quite 100%'d the original, but I'm working on it. I'm missing a few synthesis items that are tedious to farm for. I am probably going to try and get all the Trophies in 1.5, on the KHI and Re:CoM sides, just to say I did.
Hahaha, I remember the Serenades. Zippy little buggers, they were. I believe all I brought to fight them was Fire, so they took me a while. I'll have to try that Blizzaga idea. I don't hold a grudge against them, as I appreciate Days trying to mix it up in terms of enemy AI and attack patterns. While it could've used some polish, it was certainly a cut above KHII's "Here's a bunch of dudes, HIT THE ∆ BUTTON" strategy.
