Yeah, I think it's dumb, too. What if that guy deserves all the rep? What if no one else does?

    1. The dream bubbles were Feferi's idea, and how she chose to use her power. So no, no significance is lost; she is fulfilling her purpose and helping her friends.

    2. We've already seen that it doesn't solve every problem; people can be taken from them, we don't know if they're permanent, and who knows how resilient they are. They may very well come under attack at some point.

    3. There is a very real threat affecting the universe outside of those bubbles. Are you saying there's no tension because they can just leave all that behind? That sounds like an ideological issue more than a narrative one.

    4. Read this and see if it doesn't change your mind.

Glad to see more readers c: I hope you enjoy! And yeah everyone keeps saying the beginning is slow, I still don't get it. It's funny. I always thought Hussie was crazy funny. But I guess without that it's kind of rough at first.

Same here, but after the last portion of RE5 I'm seriously concerned it's going to become another in a large, overcrowded set of chest-high-walls-games.

Humor, like many creative endeavors, is on the best of days two-thirds skill and on the worst all aether. Don't discount spontaneity.

Then I think Iscariot has two.

    Good to know.

    Where did you find--Oh.

Games primarily of chance are boring, and kind of irritating. Hence why people track posts for those bomb shelter threads.

    ISCARIOT

IF DUBS: Advance north-northwest, attempting to stifle the Fire Nation's land expansion (territory seizure). They'll have to make good use of that navy.

IF TRIPS: Deploy Alexander Anderson, with Helena's Nail in tow, in Cthulhu cultist territory (superweapon: deploy). Aim for their southern front; maximize damage without leaving isolated territories behind.

IF QUADS: Outfit Iscariot soldiers with top-of-the-line weaponry to increase their combat strength (weapons research: attack); begin expansion on the 9th Aerial Division of Crusaders (military advancement: air force); and experiment with Schrödinger's abilities to fine-tune them and prepare them for military use (superweapon: research).

EDIT: OK THAT OFFICIALLY DOES NOT WORK

Ok, seriously need this answered. Can you stock the Superweapon to more than 1? And what happens when you use it?

    Rollin' for Iscariot.

IF DUBS: Advance north-northwest, attempting to stifle the Fire Nation's land expansion (territory seizure). They'll have to make good use of that navy.

IF TRIPS: Will edit after I get an answer.

IF QUADS: Outfit Iscariot soldiers with top-of-the-line weaponry to increase their combat strength (weapons research: attack); begin expansion on the 9th Aerial Division of Crusaders (military advancement: air force); and will edit the trips action after an answer.

Also I don't even know how you count posts on this forum. They're not individual for each section; they can't be, because I just checked the two most recent posts and one ends in 443 while the next is 448. So we're pretty much shooting in the dark here. Or perhaps the quite-dimly-lit.

So does the Superweapon only stock 1? And what happens when it's deployed? Or do we just make something up and you figure out what it does

    Good Faulconer

    Best soundtrack

    1.
4kids makes an earnest effort to capture the spirit of the original work in a way that English-speaking audiences can better understand. Yes, this is often at the sacrifice of some accuracy, and in their case the good changes often come packaged with the bad; but it's a damn sight better than some of the dull, sterile performances Funimation has put on throughout its lifespan. The voice actors aren't as bad as people say; they are cartoonish and they know how to emote, which is essential in voice acting, as Billy West (Fry, Zoidberg, Zapp Brannigan, and basically half the cast of Futurama) will tell you. Not to mention, Funi got a few of their big names from 4kids projects!

    2.
We could have it a LOT worse as far as dubs go. We're measuring 4kids as if they're the bottom of the barrel, but we're not even near it. Ever heard of the "Big Green" dub of Dragonball Z? Yeah, give it a search on Youtube some time. And I always use this example, but in the German dub of Naruto, they're not allowed to show swords. Yeah. So, when Zabuza makes his entrance, lodging his gargantuan cleaver in a tree and then standing on it? HE IS FLOATING IN THE AIR. MAGICK NINJA POWERS.

    Don't ever face me

"Why do old people get a pass and people shit on babies? This I don't understand.... 'I was on a plane, when this fu--crying baby, baby's cryin' the whole time,' of course it was crying! It can't talk yet! It doesn't understand pressurization! It doesn't understand that its head actually isn't going to explode! It doesn't know it can hold its nose and blow and that feeling will go away so it communicates its discomfort the only way it knows how: UAAAAAA! And you'd do the SAME FUCKIN' THING! Let's cut your tongue out, stick your head in a vice, see what kind of fun noises you make! 'HOAAAAAAAAHHH!' I think he's hungry!"
