so for me, instead of IT'S YUGIOH ONLY COMPETENT, it's more like IT'S YUGIOH ONLY EVERYONE IS A BADASS TECHNO DJ

The ending was nice and all but it wasn't what moved me to tears.

That's the plan, though I may keep a slightly different schedule. Which I think would work out better anyway, since I don't want people constantly having to choose between two songs they really like.

    >Good show
    >Yu-Gi-Oh

    Are we really doing this?

I enjoy the show freely and shamelessly, but I recognize that it is pretty well awful. The driving force behind it is so insignificant as to make its repeated escalation laughable, many of the characters are shallow and instrumental... There are points in its favor, but all in all it survives mostly on nostalgia and an outdated, now mostly ironic "cool factor." The same is true for many shows which have ended up abridged.

The abridgers do the shows a favor by reinvigorating interest in them, making light of things that are rightfully seen as absurd and magnifying the characters' personalities to the point that, if they don't become better developed, they are at least amusing to watch. Dragonball Z Abridged in particular bears beyond a shadow of a doubt the mark of a loving homage, with their version of Vegeta being perhaps more bad-ass and likable than his official counterpart, even if he is more comical and is made light of from time to time. He's more human, that's for sure.

While I have my disagreements with LittleKuriboh's treatment of the series, it remains at its core what it's always been: a parody, liberally interpreting personalities and mingling old jokes with new. He might be a bit of a one-trick pony but it's a damn good trick, and he usually finds a way to make it fresh. Being the one who invented this whole shtick, it's not exactly surprising.

tl;dr: This movie is funny as hell. Don't knock it 'til you can back it up.

    Guys

    JAPAN KNOWS

    NO ONE IS SAFE

Far less spammy link: Click here for fan music by fans! That is, fans who didn't get music on an official album. Some of this is pretty ballin', like "Midnight Spider" and "Growin' Up Strider." Which also has a very charming video to go with it.

See, I'm FF-raised, so either the spread was always equal and fixed or the one who struck a killing blow on a monster would get a little more.

Man you should've played some FF Tactics, they got errathang

Green magick, red magick, white magick, blue magick...

If this DOES operate on any sort of Homestuck logic, it will be possible to gain absurd levels of experience from something you barely scratched. Besides, I don't consider EXP spread in my strategies. Just damage control. But if GS falls behind I will grind him :D

...That sounded dirty and I like it that way

I like how even though it was a joke the Let's All Request Art from Jayn thread I made would be far more appropriate for most of this and people are using this thread anyway

I feel this way ALL THE TIME.

It is a great feeling to have someone do something like this for you :'D

Not that it was ever really my idea

    >Sforzato & THE GUARDIAN SOUL: Concentrate your attacks on one target at a time. You are probably not a high enough level to take one out in one shot yet, so this is more efficient. TGS goes first, Sforzato tries a COMBO since as the main character he will probably have the most ballin' special attacks. [/rpg-geek]
