i'm incredibly manipulative, to the point where I do it without realizing, fairly recently I started noticing this and tred to make a change, which has led to me having a bit of a tic where I can be incredibly honest for no good reason (ie telling the truth in a situation where it doesn't benefit anybody but hurts me in some way)
Still really manipulative though

I just want to add that this is especially true in KH. Despite it seeming like it would be, the world of KH isn't one where every prophecy and rumour turns out to be true. Just look at the main antagonist. Xehanort's MANY plans were all based on ultimately incorrect assumptions.
Being just plain wrong is actually a pretty common occurrence in KH, now that I think about it

Roxas' dual wielding IS attributed to Ventus, Xion just basically stole the power and Roxas got it back when she died.
Justifying the tropes isn't really what's important here. Nobody in the actual KHverse thinks Xion is a Mary Sue, the issue exists OUTSIDE the lore. You can write all the excuses and reasoning for her being the way she is, but it ultimately feels like the kind of character a fanfic writer would create if they wanted to have a self insert who turned out to be the reason why Roxas did everything he did.
And She CAN'T be the reason he did everything he did, because he forgot her. How could he have a grudge against the Organization Sora when he has long since forgotten her?

I've heard of people feeling like they should have different physical characteristics, including genitals, though. Sort of like phantom pain, but it's a phantom penis
