Kairi has a piece of Sora in her through Namine, and at one point her heart helped manifest a keyblade held by Riku who was possessed by Ansem who was Xehanort. Everyone is org XIII was meant to become Xehanort, but ultimately only some did Young Xehanort became the xehanort we known by essentially being possessed by Xehanort's darkness from the future Eraqus is connected to to Terra who became Xehanort, and also Ansem and Xemnas Riku became Ansem who is Xehanort Xemnas is Xehanort Data Sora is connected to Sora Sora and Riku are connected by a shared keyblade Aqua is responsible for Kairi's connection to Sora, but not directly related... though I guess she's touched Xehanort's heart as seen in the final battle... kind nebulous So basically, the only non Disney character that's not Sora or Xehanort is Aqua

The fact that time proceeds as usual does not make it a loop In order for it to be a look, when Young Xehanort goes back in time he would have to go back to the moment BEFORE he left, so it could repeat. As it stands, it's just a chunk of time that takes place later in the timeline
No, it happened in the past once, that's all there is to it. Time progresses linearly, there is no loop
And I'm sure that heart thing had NOTHING to do with the fact that it physically COLLIDED with Sora. And also Riku had been consumed by darkness
