Sounds like you have depression it can be caused by panic attacks. The only problem with this theory is you wouldnt be on this site because you would have loss of interest in it. have you lost interest in things lately because it sounds alot like depression because i have these symptoms too and i was diagnosed with it.

Well hes been blowing off steam on video games. Thats why he hasnt been on this site in a while. Its usually when i try to get him to talk about work he blows up. As long as i dont talk to him about it hes ok because he'll let me play games with him without blowing up.
