I cried when Mufasa died. *sniff* The Lion King remains my favorite (animated) Disney movie.
Jade experimentally tapped a few of the buttons. "Huh," she grunted noncommitally. "OH MY GOD!" she shouted suddenly. "SORA SINGS!!!" She jumped up and hugged the television screen, then realized what she was doing and backed away. "I may have never palyed the game, but a friend made me fall in love with the storyline," she explained defensively. "Would you mind if I started a new game so I could play as Roxas?"
To get back on topic rather than just have everyone fight over Kairi... I've also barely played the game; I can play it at a friend's house occasionally. I fell in love with the storyline. I promised my friend that if I got her hooked on Fullmetal Alchemist, I'd look into Kingdom Hearts. And look where I am now. :D P.S. I've never owned a game system in my life outside of my compuetr. o.O
Demyx gulped, finding himself face-to-face with Riku. "Oh," he said, more subdued. "Hi, I'm Demyx..." he backed away and summoned his water-clones. "Dance water, dance!"
Larxene frowned and pulled the cell phone out of her pocket, inputing the numbers out of sheer curiosity. "1927.63 repeating," she announced, closing the cell phone and shoving it back into her pocket. "That was a waste of time." She slapped the radar impatiently against her palm. "Who-knows-how-to-use-the-bloody-radar?" Larxene bit out, accompanying each word with a harsh smack against her palm.
"You've become very eloquent, Axel," Larxene noted with a frown. Indeed, after being hit on the head by that iPod, the flame-loving Nobody had been spouting inspiring speech after inspiring speech. "Anyway, we need to get a move on and find the other members." She took the radar and looked down at it, attempting to interpret the various dashes and lines. There was silence throughout the camp, and Larxene finally glared up at the others. "Okay, who knows how it works?" she demanded.
Larxene raised a slim blonde eyebrow. "Whatever you say, Eight." She turned away and knelt next to the Superior. "We'll need to strike against DiZ soon," she stated. "Twelve days remain, yet we only have half our number gathered here."
It's the extended "Hikari" played in the Japanese ending of KHI.
Larxene blinked again and stepped back. "Are you feeling alright, Number Eight?" she questioned, giving ground with every step Axel took toward her. Her eyes narrowed warily, and she surreptitiously summoned a kunai, keeping it hidden in her sleeve. "You're acting... odder than normal."
That's frightening... how come I've never seen that man before?!?!? *hides under paper bag* WHERE DID SHINY COME FROM?!?!
Actually, if you wanted to be technical, I believe Sephy's last words were: "I will... never be a memory," instead of "become". I think...
Larxene blinked in surprise. "Axel recites Shakespeare, now? Isn't that from... Macbeth?" She shook her head, murmuring, "what a strange person."
I just wanted to point out that some anime are created FIRST, with a manga following after; Wolf's Rain and Yu Yu Hakusho are the only ones I can think of right now.
Jade stared down at the controller as though it were a foreign creature and might bite her at any moment. "Umm," she said awkwardly. "What button does what? I usually play games on the computer," she added defensively. "By the way, the name's Jade. Jade Rhade." She extended her hand to shake.
Yes, Roxas IS shorter than Zexion... though not by much :D
A wicked grin crossed Demyx's face. "So you acknowledge that I'm not just a whiny pansy!" He raised his hand up high, collecting water molecules and summoning his sitar in time to catch a fired bolt. "Yikes! Who're we fighting?"
Larxene rolled her shoulders in an attempt to loosen stiff muscles. "Oh look," she announced in a bored tone, crouching down and roughly yanking back the collapsed man's hood. "Superior's finally decided to join us." From that position, all it would have taken was one effortless swipe of a kunai and the leader of Organization XIII would be no more. She paused, knowing that this one murder could be the catalyst to catapult both herself and Marluxia to the lead. As she looked back at the others, Larxene frowned and stepped back. I don't even know if Marluxia's alive, she thought. No need to risk myself on his account. Larxene looked at Xigbar and Axel, knowing that neither of them would be, forgive the pun, broken-hearted at the Superior's demise, but Zexion... Zexion would never let her live if she were to fracture the Organization as she had planned. And in Castle Oblivion, as much as she didn't want to admit it, the Cloaked Schemer's powers terrified her. "What do we do now?"
Larxene flicked her fingers; small traces of lightning caressed her face like a lover. "Please, allow me to be the one to inflict the pain," she purred, seafoam eyes glinting with malevolent pleasure.
"Were you not listening?" Larxene snarled, leaping back from the wall of flames. "We have to stick together if this Organization is to survive!" She crossed her hands over her face and summoned her kunai; small flickers of electricity played across the drawn knives and licked at her hair.
And so we see why gun control is a very important issue in this year's primary elections.
