Focused Sparkle Ray, 8/9 of your health bar ( can kill) , Dark Aura 9/10 of your health bar . Darkness coffin: captures enemy, no way of blocking but can still dodge. Dark Burial: Focused dark bomb inside the darkness one hit kill and takes away everything you have for the next battle except soul-eater.
Riku wins by using a one time use light attack like the one riku and sora used on xemnas. Xuron's only weakness

that inf hp code that was posted earlier didnt work. it wouldnt even activate on my gameshark but the dream sword code works fine.

i would just have a lot of drive recoveries because as we all know when you transform then its just as good as mega elixir.
it is very challenging i died like 27 times against terra. i beat him but i had to only attack him when he was the slowest when attacking.
i think there is a youtube video of somebody beating him in lv1 critical.

i agree kh2 gummi system sucks. i want to put all the weapons available in on a ship to make my version of a death star like i did in kh1. there should not have been a cost

i agree with repliku. the others were to busy. xaldin was stationed in beast's world. xigbar in mulan's world. saix in hollow bastion. luxord in pirates of the carribean. demyx in hercules's world. Xemnas in twtnw. so axel was the only one free to do the job. they were stationed in the worlds in 358/2 days by the looks of the trailer's and scans.
