No, there is no designated spot in the brain for psychokinesis. I don't want to say that's stupid, but that's what it is. Do I believe in psychokinesis? No. Could it be real? It's a possibility. But, there is no section in your brain designed for said ability. Wrong. We use 100% of our brain potential. But we only use sections of it at a time. The whole "Humans use 20% of their brain" thing is a myth. Look into Psychology studies and notes if you don't believe me.
