To be honest, for a first attempt, it's crap. But don't take offense to that. 99% of the time the first attempts are always crap. You're getting used to the program and all it has to offer. For future attempts, try to make the background blend in with the natural colors of the render you're using. Like in this instance, you have pink and red and brown as main colors of the render. So, just do a paint drip to extract the color and maybe gradient map it or do a paint bucket and then do a white brush overlay to add texture. I'll give you a 2/10 for your first attempt. And don't worry, my first attempts looked way worse than that. Just keep playing around and you'll find a style all your own that is comfortable to you and you like. As far as brushes go, I'd just search www.deviantart.com for some. They've got some pretty awesome brushes there that are free to download. Try experimenting with some C4D renders to use as a background with some alterations and you can make some pretty astounding things. Just keep at it and you'll do great. As you progress though, you'll just naturally start to follow the photo rule of sticking to the sides instead of the middle. When a render's in the middle, it may be easier to work around, but may end up looking tacky. I generally put mine to the left and warp design the right side to set a mood of the sig. Keep at this man! You've got serious potential!
Don't let the title fool you, I'm not an idiot and know this isn't the "Introduce Yourself" section. Just needed to catch some attention without spam. So, I'm trying to put this sig I made a long time ago as my current signature but when I preview it, nothing shows up. I know I have the image tag right as I've done this on other forums before. It just won't show images for me. I have that feature enabled and I am just downright baffled. It's probably just something really obvious that I'm missing. I do have images and signatures enabled in my settings. It's just when I put this between the image tags and try to preview it, nothing is there. It's acting like I didn't even try to put anything there, but the text code is in the "Edit Signature" box. Any help would be greatly appreciated. kthanxbai ~~~Yours truly, Kaxej <3
KH1. The first time I beat him I was level 100. The weakest I've ever been when I beat him was 63 with the Metal Chocobo. It was god awful and I don't know how I did it. In KH2, it takes about 2 fights to learn his AI and work your way around it. Plus, with Guard and Guard Break(it's cool, but seriously one-sided), it's just too easy. Not too mention all the growth abilities you have that make you jump higher and stuff. Also, in KH1, if Sephiroth was walking towards you when you attacked him, he wouldn't flinch at all. He would only flinch if he was caught off guard or standing still. In KH2, he would flinch if you blew on your freaking controller. He was too easy. I use the Ultimate Sephiroth cheat just to make him a challenge.
I've noticed that the spam here can get pretty out of hand. I've probably done my fair share around here as well. But I'm not sure how this forums priveleges work, but I was registered on one a while back and they had this same problem. What they did was lower their reputation down to -200. That took away almost every privelege they had. They needed approval before any post and such. Really cut down on the spam. And they had all their spam posts deleted. I'm not sure if you guys can do that, but if you can, it would really cut down on some of the spam. But you would need them to have their posts reviewed by one of you before they could do anything. Just an idea.
Actually no. :P Just feels like a husbands obligation.
I drive a '98 black Ford Explorer and a '97 black Pontiac Sunfire.
Yay! I'm married now! Let's have babies.
Will you marry me? xD
...*nosebleed* How come there weren't girls that looked like you when I was 14? Quick, turn 17! But seriously, very nice pictures. Photogenic. And RC, quite the tasteful pictures. Very nice.
KH1 was abhorisshly hard. That game kicked my ass so many times that it was ridiculous. Next would have to be KH2. It provided a decent challenge for me. Mainly it was getting used to the shift from KH to KH2. Then KH:CoM. It was too easy for me. The only difficult part was Axel II. I took down Marluxia on my first trys with a failure of a sleight deck for his robot. He's a wimp.
Pluto digs around and brings back some of your cards and gives you HP orbs. If you stack it, he brings back more cards and HP orbs. Kind of useful if it isn't broken.
Hidden Track - Kyle Blake
It could be possible. And don't forget that we see Aqua's armor in the scene in FM+. Maybe Aqua gave up her heart?
I have a a question to raise about the "Unbirth" of Terra. What if the Lingering Spirit is his Unbirth? I mean, you had never seen a "Nobody" in Kingdom Hearts until the secret boss(Xemnas) in Final Mix. Why won't Nomura do the same thing. Secret boss in KH2FM+ = Terra's Unbirth? I don't know. I'm probably wrong, but still. Something worth thinking about.
I gotted it in Hollow Bastion when you do that first fight with Leon to defend the door. I kind of like to use drives. :D
I'd have to say Axel II for Sora. He probably killed me at least 100 times before I beat him. Son of a cracker always pulled a 0 on me. For Riku, it was Zexion all the way. Even with him being the hardest, he only beat me 3 times, showing how easy R/R was...even on Proud Mode.
Can't do much to fix her face without making it a noticeable fix. In the original picture of us, there was a shadow from my tree over her face. Unless I make it really noticeable, that's about the best I can do in terms of lightening her face, which I did a little bit. And I like to leave negative space in mine. Not sure why. Probably because I don't want TOO much going on in it. Having a lot of things going on at once makes it a huge mess, to me. Thank you, though.
Okay seriously, who hasn't HEARD of Dragonball? I can understand if people haven't seen it, but if you at least haven't heard of it, you deserve to die. I loved this series so much! And from what I hear, they DO summon the dragon, but you never see him, just an outlining of him behind some clouds. And the alien he turns into is going to "supposedly" be 10 feet tall. When the original ape is like, 80 feet tall. Honestly, I think this movie is going to be a travesty. It is the epitomy of s***. I will, however, see it solely for the sake that I loved this series growing up and something inside me is compelling me to see it. Also, in Dragonball, Goku is like, 11 or 12. Maybe younger. Unless you're in the FAR later part of Dragonball(let's face it, it was long and every part of it was awesome.) Basically, I want to take a bat to each of their faces and puncture a hole through them.
I'm not gonna lie. That is amazing. Nice use of effect underneath the image. And I'm guessing you made a layer copy and selected the image and just painted it black? Either way, I love it. Nice use of negative space. It's simple, yet it stands out. Even though you other guys are complaining about how there's not enough there, you're still noticing it, which is a big deal when you make something like this. That's why it's hard to do something like this and not have the render in the center of it all. You're going to have negative space, so deal with it. I give it 9/10!
http://img340.imageshack.us/my.php?image=alexisof4.png Been a while since I've used Photoshop, and CS3 was kind of new to me. Took about an hour to do this. And I have a question. When I do the image thingy, it doesn't show my images. Do I have to save it as a .jpg? Because I do .PNG
